International News Title: BREAKING: At least 35 reported dead, 100 hostages taken in Paris attacks DEVELOPING - At least 35 people were killed and more than 100 hostages were being held in Paris Friday night, after at least three coordinated terror attacks rocked the French capital and prompted President Francois Hollande to order the entire nation's borders closed. The attacks are believed to have involved at least two suicide bombers, including one which detonated near the city's Stade de France, soccer stadium where the French and German national teams were playing in a match attended by Hollande. Simultaneous attacks are a trademark of terrorist operations. Click for Full Text! Why is democracy held in such high esteem when it’s the enemy of the minority and makes all rights relative to the dictates of the majority? (Ron Paul,2012) American Indians had open borders. Look at how well that worked out for them. #15. To: CZ82 (#10) How so?
#16. To: Stoner, ebonytwix (#13) No he isn't, but he was claiming about how far France had progressed ahead of our silly country (which I had to laugh at) and I told him this would happen because he was wrong... Vegetarians eat vegetables. Beware of humanitarians! #17. To: CZ82 (#16) (Edited) OK, I see. I would say this mess will have a negative effect on talks of amnesty here. Trump probably picked up a few more supporters. Wonder if Oblabbula is going to lecture the French about them getting on their "high horse"? I bet Merkel is probably shitting her pants, or packing up to get out of town. Wait for it...............................................that's right, boys abnd girls, it announced that it closed its borders and shortly thereafter declared its version of Marshall law (including giving the police the right to enter any house/dwelling unannounced and without warrant or even probable cause). Anyway... 100+ people dead now.. I believe it to be the worst violence in Paris since WWII. My heart is falling with France as hers fall, and its falling for her. I'm in shock today. and now I'm arguing with people on another forum who are cheering this on because they believe all French people account for colonial crimes against indigenous peoples... I haven't felt such pain for a country.. in forever.

#25. To: redleghunter (#0) (Edited) Honor camp in Calais, Northern France ( a refugee camp for Africans ) got exploded just now. No one was injured thankfully. It's probably related to the terrorist attacks. I know a lot of Muslim/Arabs have a long, negative history with Africans (including forcing them into Islam at some point in history and kidnapping their people) Not surprised ISIS wants to harm them too.
#26. To: Stoner (#17) Wonder if Oblabbula is going to lecture the French about them getting on their "high horse"? Olabbula from this morning:

It is difficult to find a motivation, but no doubt France's escalation in Syria could be a reason. We in the west cannot be allowed to have a normal life while the Arab world is in turmoil. There is only one answer to terrorism, a swift response. The Russians know the way and France should respond in kind
#38. To: paraclete (#37) (Edited) You mostly made sense in your post. However, your statement about people in the West cannot have a normal life while the Arab world is in turmoil is confusing. You probably didn't mean how I understood it. Anyway, violence must be met with violence. Otherwise, the aggressors won't stop. Basically, that is what you said. Oh, making war on civilians is difficult to justify. I think the terrorists will regret their actions. Psalm 37 #39. To: Don (#38) " I think the terrorists will regret their actions. " To quote Ellen Ripley: " Nuke em from orbit, it's the only way to be sure!" ;) Si vis pacem, para bellum Those who beat their swords into plowshares will plow for those who don't Rebellion to tyrants is obedience to God. “The object of war is not to die for your country but to make the other bastard die for his.” - George S. Patton #40. To: ebonytwix (#6) Do you see this??? Of course. The responsible must be hunted down and killed, and there must be retaliation against the source. But as long as there is Islam, there will be this sort of barbarism. It's never gone away since Islam first exploded out of the desert, and it never will as long as there is Islam. 98% of what the Koran says matches the Jewish Scriptures in law. But that 2% variation is where it goes murderous and pathological. And unfortunately that 2% can't be rooted out. It's a living, breathing example of "Bob's Non-Reciprocal Law of Sewage".
#41. To: Vicomte13 (#40) Remember when I asked about France's economic and social pros and cons? Is it appropriate?
