I will say that a few years ago, I started wearing a copper bracelet on my right wrist. I started after a few old timers told me it might help. They said it does with some, and some it does not. #18. To: sneakypete (#14) I sometimes do skip the ice but I find to be really effective you have to use ice to get the swelling down and bouncing back in forth gets the blood to pump in the areas.
