To: redleghunter, Stoner, Chuck_Wagon (#8) I use it on my hands because of my job and stuff I did as a kid. There are times I can't hardly close close my hand to hold things. I hate taking drugs and asper cream/ben gay is ok but I found ice water and warm water worked best for me. To: Justified (#12) Try skipping the ice,which only makes arthritis worse,and go straight to the hot water. When my hands get to the point I can't close them enough to hold anything,I just soak them in hot tap water for a few minutes,and keep flexing them while doing so. To: sneakypete (#14) I sometimes do skip the ice but I find to be really effective you have to use ice to get the swelling down and bouncing back in forth gets the blood to pump in the areas.
