Teachers and students at Cal State San Marcos were put on lock down Wednesday morning as dozens of militarized law enforcement agents stormed the campus.
The police were responding to reports of a suspicious person armed with a gun on campus. An order was issued to students and teachers telling them to barricade themselves inside their current locations.
“They immediately … the doors locked and then they took all the chairs and all the tables and barricaded the doors,” said junior James Collins. “People were kind of freaked out and you could tell that there was a nervous tension.”
After the unarmed students and staff hid in fear for over 30 minutes, the alleged ‘gunman,’ realizing that he fit the description, ‘to a tee,’ turned himself into police.
When SWAT approached the ‘shooter,’ 17 year staff member, Bill Craig, he was immediately ‘disarmed.’ As it turns out, his deadly weapon was an umbrella.
“Earlier this morning there was a report to University Police of a possible gunman at CSUSM,” read a statement released Wednesday afternoon by the college. “The campus was immediately placed on lock down. Police performed a security sweep and determined that the suspect was not armed, but was a staff member carrying a large umbrella and carry bag. We are grateful for the quick response by our police officers to the perceived threat and to our campus community for their cooperation during the brief state of emergency.”
“I guess you always think that when someone’s pointing a gun at you, you’re really going to freak out but I think I was just more focused on doing exactly what the officer said,” Craig told 10News.
Craig later joked about the incident on facebook, “I don’t always bring an umbrella to work, but when I do, I get cuffed. What could you do but find the humor in it, otherwise it was just going to ruin my day, ruin my faith in humanity,” he said.
However, no one would have been laughing had Craig been killed by overzealous SWAT members itching for their first kill. (1 image)

That's because Deckard was home in his mothers basement, post in on LF, during the last 50 school shootings, not saving any lives, as an armed American.
Someone has to respond when a libtarded SHEEP lives so frightened, that they see a rifle instead of an umbrella. I'm sure if this forum listened to the actual 911 call... it wasn't called out as an umbrella. Should we send out one officer to check the legitimacy of the original call? After all, during an active gunman shooting, there is an abundance of time.

Over a year later and the campus is still a gun free kill zone, and they still have the same run and hide strategy. And the same statist goon police to make things worse.

Since you're too scared to stop just ONE active gunman in this country, since you've owned your first gun... I believe it's been the goon police that have either killed or caused the shooter to pop his own cap.... about 99.999% of the time.
