The Arctic has gained hundreds of miles of ice over the past three years, much of which is thick, multi-year ice. After reading the article, I ran outside and started up my car... and let it idle for a half hour in celebration. Then I farted a few times... and later I might hang a paper target of CECIL on a tree and kill the tree with 100 or so HARD CAST LEAD .44 mag bullets, sinking into the trees flesh. The environmentalists will claim this is proof that what we're doing is working. We're saving the climate!
You are a true friend of Mother Earth. As for shooting the tree, save your ammo. The treehuggers recently discovered via satellite photos that instead of having 400 billion trees globally, we actually have 3 trillion trees (over 7 times as many). They promptly announced our tree shortage is worse than ever.
But, but, how can that be? Ovomit the Great, along with Wizard Gore, has told us that we are experiencing global warming, and that the ice is melting. Si vis pacem, para bellum
They may be confident that the LIVs will accept their statements contrary to published facts and that few LIVs pay enough attention to matter if they do realize they're being lied to. And they may be right. I think Dems do know their LIVs better than we do.
