They qualified either are not running or are denied access to office by the PTB (Fed Reserve-Gov't-Gov't Schools-Military-Media conspiracy = PTB). I've got a proposition for you: Aren't the men who want to run other men's (and people's) lives a pretty low form of life? I mean, aren't those who want to be in government, who want to be in any partucular office, a "low form of life"?
