My first impression is that some extremely knowledgeable Patriots very strongly influenced the document: Jeff Sessions’ staff being the likely group. This would be the EITC (earned income tax credit) which illegals receive from filing federal returns? When Trump announced that Sessions was writing a position paper for him two days ago, he sounded like it would take two weeks for him to produce it. Of course, Sessions could have just cranked it out quick. He is, according to a recent article, the senator who has given more speeches on the Senate floor than any other and nearly all of it has been on illegal immigration. I'd be interested to hear Sessions' comments on this plan. He has been a top opponent of every Shamnesty attempt going back to 2006.
