Probably thousands of times every year. If only 1 out of 100 ever manages to reach a position of influence and power,it was time and money well spent.
Even many of the ones that don't "hit home runs" ,manage to rise to levels in various organizations where they can influence events and people well enough to "get a hit and put somebody on base".
Frankly I am surprised that anything I ever posted on FR is still viewable. After I told Jim Rob his head was a quart low and started calling him a Bush-Bot and reminded him of what he has written about Bush earlier,I was bounced forever,and all of the Deep in the Hurtgen Forest stuff disappeared forever. I remember some people asked Mini-Jim where it went,and he said it was lost forever by accident when they changed servers.
