If someone told you that the U.S. government plotted terror attacks against targets on U.S. soil, that CIA had infiltrated the entirety of Western media and was using the media as a propaganda tool or that after World War II the U.S. secretly brought over a thousand Nazi scientists to the U.S to work on top secret projects for the federal government, people would likely say they were a wild conspiracy theorist.

On the surface these, “conspiracy theories” sound like insane movie plots produced by Hollywood, but sometimes the truth is stranger than fiction – and much more ominous.

Let us guide you through 3 of the most tyrannical escapades ever endeavored upon by the United States government, proven through investigation and declassified documents.

After the failed Bay of Pigs invasion of Cuba in 1961, in the midst of the Cold War, a top secret plan was formulated, called Operation Northwoods. The operation was signed off on by the Joint Chiefs of Staff and made it all the way to President Kennedy’s desk, where he refused to sign off on the diabolical plot. Some of the most disturbing revelations of the op called for U.S. government agents to carry out terrorist attacks within the United States.

To justify using the U.S. military in Cuba, the military was willing to engage in actual terrorist attacks on American soil. Let that sink in for a minute. This is not a crazy conspiracy theory, this actually happened and the only reason it wasn’t operationalized is because Kennedy said no.

This CIA operation began as the Cold War ramped up in the 1950’s. In an attempt to gather intelligence and influence public opinion, the CIA recruited journalists from across the United States. The program operated for nearly three decades and was deeply embedded in the fabric of American journalism. These compromised journalists provided the CIA direct access to some of the most prestigious media outlets in the country. The scope of the infiltration of the media was vast, encompassing newspapers, periodicals, press services, news agencies, radio and television stations, book publishers and foreign media outlets. A congressional investigation by the Church Committee exposed the vast propaganda program, stating:

Operation Paperclip was the codename for an operation in which US intelligence and military services secretly brought Nazi scientists to the U.S., permanently repatriating them as World War II came to a close. Originally the project was called Operation Overcast, and is also referred to as Project Paperclip.

The U.S. showed particular interest in scientists specializing in aerodynamics and rocketry, chemical weapons, chemical reaction technology and medicine. These scientists and their families were secretly brought to the United States, without State Department review and approval. This is because their service for the Nazi party and SS memberships, as well as the classification of many as war criminals or security threats, disqualified them from officially obtaining visas.

President Truman had ordered the exclusion of anyone who was “a member of the Nazi Party, and more than a nominal participant in its activities, or an active supporter of Nazi militarism.” This would have excluded most of the leading Nazi scientists, so to circumvent Truman’s order, the Joint Intelligence Objectives Agency (JIOA), created false political biographies for the scientists. JIOA then went on to expunge all records of the scientists’ affiliation with the Nazi party and grant each of them U.S. government security clearances, thus allowing them to work on highly classified projects for the U.S. military.

The majority of the 1,500 Nazi scientists were deployed to various military testing sites to work on guided missile and ballistic missile technology, along with numerous other scientific endeavors. These actions, in turn, led to the foundation of NASA and the U.S. ICBM program.

All three of these “theories” have been brushed off by many as “crazy” and unrealistic even though there is concrete evidence to prove them all to be true. These types of insanely horrific conspiracies will continue to occur until enough people pull their heads out of the sand; and let it be known that we see what the man behind the curtain is doing.

A declassified CIA document dated 7 Jan 1953 [1] describes the creation of multiple personality in 19-year old girls. "These subjects have clearly demonstrated that they can pass from a fully awake state to a deep H [hypnotic] controlled state ... by telephone, by receiving written matter, or by the use of code, signal, or words and that control of those hypnotized can be passed from one individual to another without great difficulty. It has also been shown by experimentation with these girls that they can act as unwilling couriers for information purposes."

A CIA document dated 10 Feb 1954 [4] describes an experiment on the creation of unsuspecting assassins: "Miss [deleted] was then instructed (having expressed a fear of firearms) that she would use every method at her disposal to awaken Miss [deleted] (now in a deep hypnotic sleep) and failing this, she would pick up a pistol and fire it at Miss [deleted]. She was instructed that she would not hesitate to "kill." Miss [deleted] carried out these suggestions including firing the (unloaded) gun at [deleted]. After proper suggestions were made, both were awakened. Miss [deleted] expressed absolute denial that the foregoing sequence had happened." BB 36, 37

In 1953, President Dwight Eisenhower's Secretary of Defense Charles E. Wilson authorized scientific experimentation on active duty military members in a document now infamously known as the Wilson Memo.

Between 1954 and 1975, more than seven thousand Army and Air Force personnel are thought to have participated in Sidney Gottlieb's mind control program.

Many of these veterans have sought compensation for the physical and psychological damage they suffered at the hands of Gottlieb and his assistants, but to date the government has balked at honoring their claims.In 2001, President Clinton's Secretary of Defense William Cohen awarded yet another contract to the IOM to locate the Edgewood veterans and other subjects of DoD chemical testing. In a 2003 article published in Military Medicine , the IOM reported that it had conducted a survey of 4,002 Edgewood veterans. But this report focused on subjects of Sarin and other chemical weapon experiments, not specifically on the MK-ULTRA mind control program subjects.

Further confusing the issue was a 2004 Government Accounting Office (GAO) report titled Chemical and Biological Defense: DOD Needs to Continue to Collect and Provide Information on Tests and Potentially Exposed Personnel. The report covered veteran test subjects in a chemical and biological test program known as "Project 112," but also addressed a Department of Defense mandate to investigate all other human test projects conducted since World War II.

The report stated that Army documents identified over seven thousand Army and Air Force personnel who participated in these "other tests" conducted at Edgewood and elsewhere, but didn't specifically break out which of these test veterans were involved in Gottlieb's mind control experiments.

It also said the GAO had concluded that, "the scope and the magnitude of tests involving human subjects was not available, and the exact number of human subjects might never be known." *

The purpose of the project was outlined in a memo dated January 1952 that stated, “Can we get control of an individual to the point where he will do our bidding against his will and even against fundamental laws of nature, such as self preservation?”

Project Bluebird researchers experimented with a wide variety of psychoactive substances, including LSD, heroin, marijuana, cocaine, PCP, mescaline, and ether. Thousands of military personal were dosed and experimented upon, and it is believed that many civilians were also used.

When Ross Perot testified before the Senate POW committee last week, he was shown a packet of newly uncovered documents, among them a memo from a White House official describing a conversation he had had with Gen. Colin Powell, then deputy national security adviser. The date was March 21, 1987. The White House official, according to the committee, was Craig Fuller, then chief of staff to Vice President Bush and more recently the manager of the Republican convention in Houston. In the memo, Fuller said: “We still believe that it is not wise for Ross [Perot] to go [to Vietnam] . . . after 14 years they have denied live Americans . . . if they were to produce live people, can you imagine what will be asked for? Our policy interests are not served by Mr. Perot’s interests at the moment.”

Perot, who has for years said the evidence showed that men were still alive, was clearly taken aback by this document. He insisted on reading the passage into the record, after which he said, angrily: “Our core problem is summed up right here in this little three-line statement. See, this town focuses on how things look, not how things are. Everybody has been worried to death, since this whole issue {that} keeps coming up is how will it look if they ever come home?

“See, that’s not the issue. The issue is they’re our men, they went into combat for us, we left them, we owe it to them to bring them home. It won’t look pretty back here, but we can build a consensus here that it’s the right thing to do.”
