This is what Obama just had done to the White House to gloat over his Gay Marriage victory: Poster Comment: Is there any level that this crass wretch will not stoop to? Earlier this week, he referred to it as "my house" although it should be properly considered the American people's house. And now he considers it a platform to "celebrate" the triumph of perversity in a crass and boorish display.

In case you haven't noticed, God has been giving Obama every break. In fact God outright voted for Obama when He sent hurricane Sandy to hit NY and NJ. And God certainly supported Obama when somehow Roberts allowed ObamaCare to become the law of the land......twice. I am somewhat serious about this as there can be little doubt that Obama has been getting help from somewhere beyond just the Dim Party and the MSM. Your God does not stoop to interpose himself in the paltry affairs of men. That is a myth created by men to exaggerate the importance of themselves in the far reaches of the universe. Years ago, people believed that the sun et al revolved around the earth to appeal to their need for importance. They finally gave up that myth, but still cling to to the myth of god's concentrated concern upon them. Mankind is nothing, and never has been worthy of outside consideration. There is no devil. Obama reads the tea leaves. Obama is not going against public opinion on gay marriage but saying what is politically rewarding to say (and to back). Clearly, the tide shifted on the Republicans who became hysterical on gay marriage and in some cases would not even back civil unions which may have averted this becoming an issue early on.

I think you're right, there are hotheads on both side although right now, I'd say there are more on the LGBT side because if the recent victories. I know in the old Soviet Union and other countries, sometimes marriage is a two part process, one in the church (if any) and there was the civil union side too. Maybe we need to do that, I don't know, that's the best I can come up with. However, with the flap over SCOTUScare, the Confederate Flag and so on, we are in a pressure cooker and at some point it will blow up if we continue at the present course. Sometimes I feel like we are living in 1859 America.
