Opinions/Editorials Title: Have You Noticed: LF Stats are Skewed? For almost any article on LF, anymore, there are thousands of views. Have you noticed? For a wee little chit-chat channel on the out-skirts of the Internet with little meaningful existence, the stats are of no significance anymore as the views/posts ratio are dramatically skewed into absurdity. I don't believe for a moment that there are stupid people performing this antic. What would they have to gain other to show how stupid they really are? Well...have you been paying attention around here.... "The Lord shall preserve you from all evil; He shall preserve your soul.” (Psalm 121:7) #15. To: buckeroo (#12) Ensure proper freezer containers made of polypropylene or other FG materials to avoid freezer burn. I've got one of those vacuum packers and it seems to work pretty well. “Political correctness is a doctrine, fostered by a delusional, illogical minority, and rapidly promoted by mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.†#16. To: rlk, buckeroo (#13) If you're white you'll be starved out in retribution for past injustices. That's what you get for insisting people have morals. “Political correctness is a doctrine, fostered by a delusional, illogical minority, and rapidly promoted by mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.†#17. To: buckeroo, A K A Stone? (#0) ....views/posts ratio are dramatically skewed into absurdity. Yeah. What IS that all about?

#19. To: TooConservative (#3) (Edited) Most likely, just search engine spiders indexing and re-indexing content. LF doesn't distinguish between search engines and actual live users. Have you ever run a spyder, TooConservative? Why would anyone run a spyder over & over & over when the content of the data has not changed? Let me tell you something startling: no one would waste their tyme on it.
#20. To: buckeroo, Fred mertz (#19) tyme time.
#21. To: Fred Mertz, Liberator (#18) I must be a super star. You are, Fred, you are:
#22. To: A K A Stone, buckeroo, Fred Mertz (#20) tyme Buck likes to use the archaic spelling because his thoughts are obsolete, out of date, antiquated, outmoded, passé, old hat, behind the times, superannuated ….did I miss anything?
#23. To: Gatlin (#22) did I miss anything? classic?
#24. To: CZ82 (#15) I've got one of those vacuum packers and it seems to work pretty well. EXCELLENT. I have two 18.5 cubic feet freezers; each have different contents for storage by intent: 1) short term (ST): food for daily, weekly or monthly storage and 2) long term (LT) storage. These are the "chest style freezer" so they take up floor space BUT this style of freezer doesn't consume the enormous amount of energy as other styles of freezers. The freezers are located in the garage. Do you enjoy farmer's syle pork chops? I do. These are the thick, juicy cuts of pork chops that are rarely served restaurants. Most restaurants (even the best ones) serve silly, salted thin pork chops that are fast cooked by some illegal Mexican called , "a chef." I pulled out a couple chops from the LT freezer. My vacuum bag listed the contents from 2009; six year old chops tasted like I just purchased them from the hog farm, and that is a FACT. You are right on track, CZ82. Keep up the GREAT work for yourself & family well-being. buckeroo
#25. To: A K A Stone (#23) A synonym for classic is vintage....yea, that will fit.
#26. To: redleghunter, gatlin (#14) Well...have you been paying attention around here.... Hmmmm... you have a well-articulated perspective ... on second thought, naw... tater isn't that stupid to "click" all day long, on chit-chat forum threads .. or is he?
#27. To: Liberator, A K A Stone (#17) What IS that all about? Beats me. Stone should be able to answer your question. He is the "keeper of the keyes."
#28. To: buckeroo (#12) GREAT. Grab another freezer and store away some of your best foods o' likening. With today's technologies, the energy costs are minor. Don't forget to ensure proper freezer conditions of near 0 degrees F. Ensure proper freezer containers made of polypropylene or other FG materials to avoid freezer burn. Throw in some oxygen-absorbers to ensure longevity of the food supply. What about when they cut your power? Because you didn't take the mark? Or you didn't bend over for Obama. I like canning. I plan on doing a lot of it this year. The plot I garden in has a lot of morning glories. I've been busy with the roundup this year. K
#29. To: buckeroo (#27) Beats me. Stone should be able to answer your question. He is the "keeper of the keyes." I think some articles just send people here. People find them on search engines.
#30. To: buckeroo (#27) Is this one skewed. It has 125 thousand views. libertysflame.com/cgi-bin...cgi?ArtNum=13043&Disp=286

Exactly. Some people just live for a conspiracy... helps them believe. Every society gets the kind of criminal it deserves. What is equally true is that every community gets the kind of law enforcement it insists on. Robert Kennedy #33. To: A K A Stone (#28) What about when they cut your power? I don't pay for electricity. It would be difficult to cut the power.
#34. To: buckeroo, redleghunter (#26) (Edited) I suspect it was you, Buck...
#35. To: A K A Stone (#29) I think some articles just send people here. People find them on search engines. If you pay for this web site, you should have stats from your ISP that provide data about the website for your administration purposes. Some of the stats should be "visitor IPs" ... you should post those stats to clarify the issue that I have addressed in this thread. This thread is already over a thousand views. The number is BULLSHIT.
#36. To: buckeroo, A K A Stone (#33) (Edited) I don't pay for electricity. I am looking at the front of your house right now on Google street view and I don't see any solar panels.
#37. To: Gatlin (#36) Do you really think I am as stupid as you to place solar panels where you are looking?
#38. To: buckeroo (#37) Do you really think I am as stupid as you to place solar panels where you are looking? Yea, I do.
#39. To: Gatlin (#38) Well ... look around as you see fit. Do you see any solar panels? Look, all you have to do is look to the left, right, back and front. You can then zoom in. Do you remember your days in the USAF, marching all day? LEFT, LEFT, LEFT RIGHT LEFT. Keep it up, tater... it is like riding a bicycle with modern technology at your finger tips.
#40. To: buckeroo (#39) I read where you installed the solar in 2007....you should have passed the cost effective point, have you? BTW: Your trim needs repainting.
#41. To: Gatlin (#40) BTW: Your trim needs repainting. Grandma, mind your own bidness. That's why I call you Grandma, tater.
#42. To: Gatlin (#40) I read where you installed the solar in 2007....you should have passed the cost effective point, have you? Again, I haven't paid an electricity bill since the installation of the solar-voltaic system. I need to review the "cost effective point" ... all I wanted was to eliminate bills to ensure the quality of my life which is to enjoy about an 80 degree F constant temperature. The quality of life I enjoy is no too bad.
BTW: Your trim needs repainting. Yeah, I was thinking of hiring some potatoe peeling guy from the USAF to do the work. Any recommendations?
#43. To: Fred Mertz, Gatlin (#41) That's why I call you Grandma, tater. Fred, I think we found the source of the almost infinite "viewing clicks" ... right here with tater.
#44. To: buckeroo, Gatlin sneakypete, We The People, yukon (#42) ROFL! From posts 36-42 your exchange here is hysterically funny. I would put the hilarity of your exchanges up there with past sneakypete-meguro or sneakypete-yukon, or We The People-yukon.
#45. To: buckeroo (#42) ...trim painting. Any recommendations? I'll be happy to do it for you....the going rate for my labor is $500 an hour. You can easily handle that, I'm sure. You need that savings on your electricity bill to pay your property taxes, it shows they were over $3k some years ago....I can just imagine what they are now. You should get out of that shit hole place.
#46. To: A K A Stone (#30) Is this one skewed. It has 125 thousand views. That's insane. Whose botware program has been clicking that?
#47. To: Liberator (#44) ROFL! From posts 36-42 .... Back up to Post #34.
#48. To: buckeroo, A K A Stone (#27) Stone should be able to answer your question. He is the "keeper of the keyes." ???
#49. To: A K A Stone (#28) I've been busy with the roundup this year. Roundup will slowly kill your brain. Aha, now I get what happened to you.
#50. To: Gatlin, Fred Mertz (#21) HA! Good one, Tater. 1 reply, 1556 views Freddy deserves it.
#51. To: buckeroo (#45) You need that savings on your electricity bill to pay your property taxes, it shows they were over $3k some years ago....I can just imagine what they are now. You should get out of that shit hole place. Wait, I see you have a "tenant" living there....that should take care of the propetry tax for you.
#52. To: Gatlin, buckeroo (#47) Actually post 26.
#53. To: buckeroo, Gatlin (#39) Well ... look around as you see fit. Do you see any solar panels? Look, all you have to do is look to the left, right, back and front. You can then zoom in. LOL
#54. To: Gatlin, buckeroo (#40) BTW: Your trim needs repainting. THAT was funny.
