Corrupt Government Title: FBI investigating hanging death of black man in Mississippi PORT GIBSON, Miss. (AP) -- Federal and state authorities are investigating the hanging death of a black man in Mississippi who had been missing for more than two weeks, the FBI said Thursday. The investigation involves the FBI, the Justice Department's Civil Rights Division and the United States Attorney's office. The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation is also involved. The man was last seen March 2 and was reported missing by his family days later, FBI Supervisory Special Agent Jason Pack said in a statement. Pack says the cause of death has not been determined, and authorities aren't sure if it's a homicide or a suicide. Poster Comment: The alleged Justice Department can send in a Feeb task force, the Justice Department's Civil Rights Division, and the US Attorney's office with their investigators to investigate the death of a black man that MIGHT have been a suicide, but they basically ignored a teenage white girl being set on fire and even having lighter fluid squirted down her throat and her throat set on fire in a case where the prime suspect on day one was her former black gangsta drug-dealing thug boyfriend? http://libertysflame.com/cgi-bin/readart.cgi?ArtNum=38539&Disp=12#C12 Subscribe to *Crime and Corruption* Post Comment Private Reply Ignore Thread Top • Page Up • Full Thread • Page Down • Bottom/Latest #1. #3. To: TooConservative (#2) (Edited) The victim had killed a woman in an armed robbery back in the Eighties for which he served prison time. That qualified him for a leadership role in the Tan Klan. BTW,other than the Black Justice Department,no one has determined he is a murder victim. For all we know he was a suicide. Why is democracy held in such high esteem when it’s the enemy of the minority and makes all rights relative to the dictates of the majority? (Ron Paul,2012) #4. To: sneakypete (#3) (Edited) You have to wonder how many news stories about this will bother to include the fact that the victim was a known murderer himself. Which is why I mentioned it here. Your source, the AP, did not include that little fact in their story, at least not the version I found at CNSnews which seemed to be your source. CBS wasn't as bashful and gave the same facts as AP but added this at the end: "Byrd has a criminal record and was incarcerated in 1980 for the killing of a woman during a robbery. He was paroled in 2006."He was in prison for murder for over 25 years.
#5. To: TooConservative (#4) You have to wonder how many news stories about this will bother to include the fact that the victim was a known murderer himself. I haven't done a search, but neither of the ones I read whispered a word about it. Which is why I mentioned it here. I'm glad you did,or I still wouldn't have known he was convicted of murdering a white woman. Which, come to think of it probably explains why he is a hero to Holder and Obomber. CBS wasn't as bashful and gave the same facts as AP but added this at the end: "Byrd has a criminal record and was incarcerated in 1980 for the killing of a woman during a robbery. He was paroled in 2006." I will admit that I was shocked to see CBS write that, but not surprised to see they managed to omit the part about the woman being white. You can bet your bippy that if he had been white and the woman had been black, that it would have been a part of the headline. To: sneakypete (#5) I will admit that I was shocked to see CBS write that, but not surprised to see they managed to omit the part about the woman being white. I assume it was sloppy editing or they would have removed that little detail.
#7. To: TooConservative (#6) I assume it was sloppy editing or they would have removed that little detail. Probably. I'm guessing management is giving both the reporter and the editor hell over that. Why is democracy held in such high esteem when it’s the enemy of the minority and makes all rights relative to the dictates of the majority? (Ron Paul,2012) #8. To: sneakypete (#7) You must know that I did check back this evening to see if they removed it. Not so far.
#9. To: sneakypete (#0) From what Ive heard, this mans hands weren't tied. Sounds like a Robin Williams moment. Every society gets the kind of criminal it deserves. What is equally true is that every community gets the kind of law enforcement it insists on. Robert Kennedy #10. To: GrandIsland (#9) From what Ive heard, this mans hands weren't tied. Sounds like a Robin Williams moment. The geography of the thing is enough to indicate it was a suicide. WTH carries their victim 200 yards into the woods to murder him, when they could have done it right in his house with nobody to see them? Why is democracy held in such high esteem when it’s the enemy of the minority and makes all rights relative to the dictates of the majority? (Ron Paul,2012) #11. To: sneakypete (#10) There is also other evidence that leads to suicide. He was a finacial wreck... and lived a pathetic, shameful criminal life. This was Mother Nature, cleansing of the gene pool. If they don't have a survival instinct... why make a big deal about it... oh, I forgot, this society likes to race bait Every society gets the kind of criminal it deserves. What is equally true is that every community gets the kind of law enforcement it insists on. Robert Kennedy #12. To: GrandIsland (#9) From what Ive heard, this mans hands weren't tied. Sounds like a Robin Williams moment. Well, he could have been knocked unconscious first. Reminds me of that census worker "lynching" that turned out to be a suicide for insurance scam. After hyping it to the max, the Leftys had to admit the obvious. DailyKos: Census Worker 'FED' Lynching was Suicide
#13. To: TooConservative, Sneakypete (#12) Pete made an excellent point. Who who carry this inner city zoo animal 200 yards to hang his ass? Unless someone is a reverse racist, who would give a Shat about this convicted killer? Every society gets the kind of criminal it deserves. What is equally true is that every community gets the kind of law enforcement it insists on. Robert Kennedy #14. To: GrandIsland (#13) Unless someone is a reverse racist, who would give a Shat about this convicted killer? Not me. But the AP went out of their way to avoid reporting that a known and convicted murderer may have committed suicide or been murdered. Why don't we split the difference and call it autoerotic asphyxiation?
#15. To: TooConservative (#14) (Edited) Why don't we split the difference and call it autoerotic asphyxiation? lol... so instead of being a Robin Williams, he was a David Carradine I can buy that. Every society gets the kind of criminal it deserves. What is equally true is that every community gets the kind of law enforcement it insists on. Robert Kennedy #16. To: GrandIsland (#15) It is, I suppose, possible. Lynching blacks with a rope seems so mid-twentieth century. Even then, an absolute rarity. The real heyday of American lynchings by the Klan was from the 1870s-1940s. Of course, you can still get an isolated case, like the black guy dragged to death in Texas 15 years ago. James Byrd Jr., Beaumont, TX in 1998 3 perps, two white supremacist types (one had a tattoo of a black man hanging from a tree). So the old Klan sentiments aren't exactly extinct even if actual organized violence is rare. Wiki: "Lawrence Russell Brewer was executed by lethal injection for this crime by the state of Texas on September 21, 2011.[3] King remains on Texas' death row while appeals are pending,[4][5][6] while Berry was sentenced to life imprisonment." How the heck did Texas fail to get both these guys executed? Seems overdue, given how eager Texas generally is. I did like this detail: Wiki: "Before his execution Brewer ordered a large meal that included two chicken fried steaks, a triple-meat bacon cheeseburger, a large bowl of fried okra, a pound of barbecue, three fajitas, a meat lover's pizza, a pint of ice cream, and a slab of peanut butter fudge with lots of crushed peanuts. However he did not eat any of it and the meal was discarded, prompting Texas prison officials to end the 87-year-old tradition[24] of giving last meals to condemned inmates." Lost his appetite, did he? : )

His last meal should have been a .22 rim fire behind his ear... cheap... and with the .22, he might squirm a little in pain. Send that huge meal he ordered to the family of the victim. Every society gets the kind of criminal it deserves. What is equally true is that every community gets the kind of law enforcement it insists on. Robert Kennedy #18. To: GrandIsland (#17) I see an update but nothing conclusive yet. WVTM13: Officials: Evidence in hanging doesn't support foul play It could be weeks or months before any investigation draws conclusions.
#19. To: TooConservative (#18) They will report what I already knew... Suicide. The ignorant race baiters still won't believe the findings. When you have an AGENDA, it always looks like the police are covering something up. Every society gets the kind of criminal it deserves. What is equally true is that every community gets the kind of law enforcement it insists on. Robert Kennedy #20. To: GrandIsland, Liberator (#19) They will report what I already knew... Suicide. I'm still thinking it might be a fake hate crime. Someone finds this guy dead (or he drops dead of a massive coronary 500 yards from the house as they were walking together), so he decides to get some justice for Ferguson or Trayvon or some other daft thing and strings up the corpse with a handy rope and waits for the "hate crime" to be discovered. It's not like fake hate crimes are unknown so I should at least get a few points for imagination...
#21. To: TooConservative, GrandIsland (#20) I'm still thinking it might be a fake hate crime. Agree. It's a natural for the race-baiting media to speculate and milk the worst-case scenario in this case for days, weeks, months -- whatever. Heard this guy was himself a murderer as well. NOT mentioned so much, is it? Someone finds this guy dead (or he drops dead of a massive coronary 500 yards from the house as they were walking together), so he decides to get some justice for Ferguson or Trayvon or some other daft thing and strings up the corpse with a handy rope and waits for the "hate crime" to be discovered. It's not like fake hate crimes are unknown so I should at least get a few points for imagination... I happen to looove your new and improved CT mind :-) Makes a lotta sense.
#22. To: Liberator (#21) Heard this guy was himself a murderer as well. NOT mentioned so much, is it? The race baiting MSM kept that on the DL. It's hard to envoke sympathy for the minority when they report he probably should have been hanged 20 years ago Every society gets the kind of criminal it deserves. What is equally true is that every community gets the kind of law enforcement it insists on. Robert Kennedy #23. To: GrandIsland, TooConservative (#22) The race baiting MSM kept that on the DL. It's hard to envoke sympathy for the minority when they report he probably should have been hanged 20 years ago The MSM *always* buries the sins of the Trayvons and rest of Thug Nation. SOME conservative media WILL dig up this guys sordid past...as well as expose this race-baiting charade.
