I merely stated to the person who called for th edeath penalty on basically a crazy homeless person is that the punishment of death does not fit the crime and in fact can't apply to the insane for mercy reasons. If you are part of a shared criminal conspiracy and one of your group kills someone - say in a back robbery and you are the getaway driver only and don't kill anyone with your hands - you are just as guilty of murder.
