I merely stated to the person who called for th edeath penalty on basically a crazy homeless person is that the punishment of death does not fit the crime and in fact can't apply to the insane for mercy reasons. That's how he was able to walk the streets and slash and stab someone after he attacked someone previously with concrete.... SYMPATHY. Many people deserve death penalty without killing anyone... I'm for the death penalty to the extent that I think if anyone murdered a family member of mine or a good friend. I would want the state to execute them. On the other hand I think they get the wrong person sometimes. Probably not often. I think that is terrible. So I understand why some people oppose the death penalty.
