I have zero sympathy for what happened to the American staff at Benghazi. The "ambassador" overthrew Qaddafi and empowered the jihadists who turned on him. He dug his own grave.

When Bammy became prez, they made him give up his beloved Blackberry as too insecure.

I don't see why Hilly was still allowed to use one.

Yes we know you're not a sympathetic dude. I mean you don't even care when representatives of America are slashed in the face and require 80 some stitches.

So is that why you pay your own females employees less than the males? And is this why you accept money from foreign countries who have really schitty track records concerning women's rights.

Come on Hitlery you can come out and admit you're as full of schitt as a Xmas turkey!

One of the things American conservatives do is distort reality. I merely stated to the person who called for th edeath penalty on basically a crazy homeless person is that the punishment of death does not fit the crime and in fact can't apply to the insane for mercy reasons.

He was trying to kill him. He also tried to kill someone with concrete. That is two attempted murders. Do you have a limit on attempted murders?

A) You are changing the subject since you said I did not care about the health of the Ambassador to South Korea.

B) No one died and I did not imply the insane should roam free - why you assume the choices are death penalty or let them go is beyond me.

You said that wasn't the case so I take your word for it. I may disagree with you but you handle yourself honorably. You make good thought out points that have merit.

Because many times, this trash will be let free after some bleeding heart feels he's cured with a new medication (until he stops taking it) or thinks like you and gives him a light sentence because weak people feel sorry for the insane. That's how he was able to walk the streets and slash and stab someone after he attacked someone previously with concrete.... SYMPATHY.

Many people deserve death penalty without killing anyone... Charles Manson is a prime example. Did it make your heart feel good that we've paid to feed that piece of shit all these years?

If you notice. I never said I was for or against the death penalty in this case.

I'm for the death penalty to the extent that I think if anyone murdered a family member of mine or a good friend. I would want the state to execute them. On the other hand I think they get the wrong person sometimes. Probably not often. I think that is terrible. So I understand why some people oppose the death penalty.

I wouldn't want to be a juror on a capital case.

I happen to agree. Circumstantial cases (like Scott Peterson) should never be death penalty cases for that very reason... but in this case (and many others) its 100% that this fella is guilty. Now I realize, this case isn't in our country... but when I speak of it, I speak as IF it was, he should be executed. Our prisons are packed full of thousands of baby rapers, forcible rapists, attempted killers, conspiracy to commit murder... and we are paying to feed them because too many of my peers think like Pericles.

The 8th amrndment has been perverted by the libtard left... our forefathers would have executed this wasted pile of flesh, even if he was legally insane.

Being crazy is no reason to spare their life... it doesn't change the fact that he's a danger to society.

I realize that. I tagged you in this because the quote I used of Pericles was posted to Uou, originally.

I'm pretty sure you would have shot this poor crazy homeless person dead, had you been there armed. I would have.

Manson DID kill even if he did not do so with his own hands. If you are part of a shared criminal conspiracy and one of your group kills someone - say in a back robbery and you are the getaway driver only and don't kill anyone with your hands - you are just as guilty of murder.

That is not the same thing as what you advocated.
