  • Curtis Allgier was an inmate when he murdered Stephen Anderson in 2007
  • Escaped his shackles during a doctors appointment and shot the guard
  • Accepted a plea which spared him the death penalty - but he is appealing
  • Referred to his lawyers as clowns and described them as incompetent
  • Also threatened them by saying he 'knew how to find people outside'

A white supremacist cop killer with a tattooed-covered face has lost his right to an attorney because he has repeatedly threatened them and called them 'clowns', according to court documents.

Curtis Allgier also told his legal representatives preparing his appeal that they did not have the honor of being in his 'Aryan GOD presence' and claimed that he 'knows to find people outside of prison'.

The 35-year-old was an inmate at Utah State Prison when he murdered prison guard Stephen Anderson after escaping from shackles during a doctors appointment in 2007.

The 60-year-old corrections officer was escorting the prisoner into an MRI at a a University of Utah medical clinic when Allgier got hold of his gun and shot him.

He then fled on foot and stole a vehicle before leading police on a highway chase at speeds exceeding 100 mph, but he was caught in a fast food store 45 minutes later.

Allgier is now appealing a plea deal he accepted which spared him the death penalty, but his behavior means he will be on his own for the duration of the case.

In complaints obtained by Fox 13, Allgier referred to his lawyers as the 'dumbest a** clowns I've ever had the EXTREME dishonorable displeasure of being forced to know' and threatened them by saying he 'knew people' on the outside.

The killer added he was 'incompetently and ineffectively misrepresented' and that they would never have 'the honor of being in my Aryan GOD presence or having any kind of contact with me period'.

The Utah Supreme Court admitted that forfeiting a right to an attorney is 'an extreme measure.'

However they justified the decision by saying: 'We conclude that making threats to the welfare of appointed counsel may constitute extreme conduct justifying a forfeiture of counsel.'

Deadly: He was an inmate at a Utah prison (left) when he murdered prison guard Stephen Anderson (right) after escaping from shackles during a doctors appointment in 2007.

Allgier will have to represent himself for the remainder of his appeal.

He pleaded no contest in October 2012 to aggravated murder, pleading guilty to additional charges of disarming a peace officer, aggravated escape, aggravated robbery and possession of a firearm by a restricted person.

Adding to the layers of Allgier's personal profile, the supposed racist was due to marry Erica Herrera, a half-Hispanic woman, in August though it is unclear whether or not that happened.

'He's a very sweet, loving... He's a really kind-hearted, good person,' she said.

Third District Judge Paul Maughan opened the sentencing hearing to family members of Anderson, a 22-year employee of the Utah Department of Corrections.

The 60-year-old victim was survived by a wife, five adult children and 18 grandchildren.

If he wants to forfeit his right to an attorney, that's fine by me.
He's also entitled to a quick and speedy trial, so somebody go get a noose.

I say airdrop this clown into muzzie land, with a sign stapled to him that says " Allah is a queer pig", or drop him into Detroit with a sign that says "I hate niggers"

He would probably be welcomed in some black neighborhoods cause they hate them to.

Me too.

I do not see any bad boy exception so it is likely grounds for appeal. They should appoint counsel and treat god-boy like Hannibal Lecter. If he acts up in court, they can keep him restrained in a chair in another room and let him watch on closed circuit tv. Same for attorney visits. They never need to be in the same room. If god-boy does not like the arrangements, he can waive his right to counsel.

Amendment VI

In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right ... to have the assistance of counsel for his defense.

That has always been my understanding.

I just didn't know that particular 'right' could be abridged.

Now I know it can, at least in Utah.

He killed a man, not in self-defense and not to prevent violence to an innocent.

Therefore, he must die.

Keeping him alive in prison merely allows him to perpetrate more and more violence on passersby. Going to prison for a robbery should not be a potential death sentence. Neither should going to work at prison.

It is, in very large part because we do not respect God's law (there, I said it): He who sheds man's blood, by man his blood must be shed.

This man is a killer. There is no doubt whatever about guilt. He must be put to death. It is wrong to not put him to death.

He has shed blood, he has threatened to do it again, and he will. He must die.

Things seem very orderly in Florence.

Can we apply your sentencing guidelines to non-repentant hedge fundsters / serial religionists?

YMMV

If the account as written is true and accurate, I agree with that.

It's always good to apply God's law.

God's law regarding murderers and other blood shedders was that he who shed blood, by men his blood must be shed.

God didn't propose a sentence for men to apply to hedge fundsters (repentant or otherwise). Operating a hedge fund isn't a crime. And actually, even theft is not one of those things in the list of things that'll get you thrown into the Lake of Fire at the end, though unrepented it'll probably get you a tour in Gehenna after death.

Serial religion is not a terrible thing as long as you figure it out and end up in the right one at the end, n'est-ce pas?

If the account as written is true and accurate, I agree with that.

That's the important "if", and why the death penalty as we apply it is bad.

It's murder to kill the innocent. Murder. So, if we sentence somebody who is innocent to death and then carry it out, we have committed murder, and more specifically, the executioner who earns his living shedding men's blood, is a murderer.

There's no "job exception" clause in shedding blood. Live by the sword, die by the sword. Choose to earn your living killing other men, if you draw a paycheck and kill the innocent, you're a murderer.

The whole apparatus of state that kills an innocent man commits murder, and it's all optional because the death penalty is in no wise obligatory: it's a choice.

That said, when guilt is certain, and there isn't any doubt at all, death is the only appropriate penalty for an unrepentant killer.

Repentance changes the score. After all, Paul was a repentant serial killer, when you get right down to it. In the end, God DID see to it that Paul died in blood, but not immediately.

Serial religion is not a terrible thing as long as you figure it out and end up in the right one at the end

"the right one" - like when, in the purview of the state-establishment and their orthodox secret police, there is no MYSTERY god but the Tzar / sun-prince?

I think the Creator of the universe would presumably be capable of establishing a relationship with those He created without assistance from parasitic caeSARean sun-parrots whose main self-evident interest is hedging their own jubilant coffers and gullets from atop the pyramid / temple steps.

The world’s first city developed around its temples, and only later did palaces play a role. Its view of the world was conditioned, as in all ancient societies, by totalitarian religious belief. So the picture that comes into focus is that of a theocratic command economy, hierarchically organized , centrally directed, and regulated according to an ideology propagated by a priesthood, playing the role that, 5,000 years later, Soviet Marxists would call ‘the engineers of human souls’. Such was temple rule.
