#10. To: Deckard (#3) Been out of office for how many years now - and still his ideas scare the piss out you the statists here. Amazing how such a mild-mannered and soft-spoken man can terrify so many fascists, ain't it?
#11. To: sneakypete, Deckard (#10) Been out of office for how many years now - and still his ideas scare the piss out you the statists here. Ideas are cheap and abundant, one truth applies to all of them: even if you have the greatest ideas in the world, the effective placement of those ideas that develops action is the only thing that counts. Which of Ron Paul’s ideas have ever resulted in actions? None, you say. Okay, then he is just a Texan with all hat and no cattle.
#14. To: Gatlin (#11) Ideas are cheap and abundant And Ron's are cut n' paste.
#20. To: Palmdale (#14) Ideas are cheap and abundant His cut and paste has done an absolutely terrible job of countering the vast suspicion that their Libertarianism is a uselessly abstract ideology. Libertarianism will never sell. It will remain a minority creed because most Americans are neither stupid nor immoral.
#22. To: Gatlin, Palmdale (#20) Ideas are cheap and abundant Wow, you two clowns are really delusional. Cut and paste ideas? Just wow. Libertarianism will never sell. It's selling. You and the other statists aren't buying. You're too afraid of freedom, you need a big powerful government to keep you safe.
#27. To: Deckard (#22) Libertarianism will never sell. It is not because you Paulbots cannot come to an agreement as to what liberty really means since you as a whole represent a lot of different viewpoints. It is near impossible to bring a group together that tends to disagree about actual specifics. Your leaders bicker among themselves and leaves your movement devoid of any centralized leadership. Until you Libertarians get your act together, Libertarianism will never sell.
#29. To: Gatlin (#27) Libertarianism will never sell. No - statists like you and McCain aren't buying. Freedom is toooo scary for you.
#34. To: Deckard (#29) Freedom is toooo scary for you. I am fearless....always have been.
#41. To: Gatlin, Y'ALL (#34) I am fearless....always have been. Ahem, just last month you scurried away from LP because you were afraid some new owner would have access to what, your registration info?
#42. To: tpaine (#41) I am fearless....always have been. Ahem, you may recall last month Goldi inform you that she had all my personal information, that was just before she told you to shut up. Therefore, it could correct to believe she had included some or all of that information in her LP notes. Consequently a new owner would have access to what, you ask. Access to detailed personal information and not just registration info as you so stupidly suggest. I did not want someone I do not trust to have a dossier containing detailed information about me. I could never trust you with anything, especially no personal information. I am still fearless and always will be....but I will never let my fearlessness make me be stupid. I believe I have answered you question. Thank you for asking one so important.
#48. To: Gatlin (#42) Ahem, just last month you scurried away from LP because you were afraid some new owner would have access to what, your registration info?
-- a new owner would have access to what, you ask. Access to detailed personal information and not just registration info ---- Why did you give Goldi your detailed personal info? -- I never asked her for it, I just asked her to verify that you were a distinct individual, -- and were not just another of harrowups amusing fake personas.
I am still fearless and always will be....but I will never let my fearlessness make me be stupid. Well, I'd say giving Goldi more personal info than she needed was the panicked reaction of a stupid persona. -- But of course, I'm a bit cynical.
#49. To: tpaine (#48) Nah, I never have a panic reaction....you of all people must know better than than that. I have a two questions for you:
