Last night, lawmakers released the massive, 1,603-page, $1.1 trillion spending bill that will fund the government for the coming year.
Since lawmakers almost certainly wont have time to read the so-called Cromnibus bill in time for Thursdays budget deadline, Heritage Foundation experts stayed up past midnight reading the text.
