Last one that I can think of is Nadal Hasan (not sure if he is considered white or not because some Arabs are and some aren't) but there have been others like James Pough and Cho Seung Hui... Now if you want to expand out a bit you could add Idi Amin, Suharto, Jean Kambanda and Mengistu (spelling??)...
