I recollect the Corn Flake Girl episode and I won't rehash it because it doesn't matter a hoot now. Mike did his psyops thing for whatever reasons and eventually got outed - it took a good while. He admitted it. So what? Big whup. He had fun.
LP was very different in the beginning. in 2004 there were people supporting all sides, including Kerry's. Atomic Liberal Smasher (ALS) and I went at at with intensity.
I see he's still there as byteshredder, and it the owner of the Conservababes.com forum. Too bad the place has become an echo chamber for the right wing only and it not true anymore to the home page mission statement.

Well, I see democrats who hold leftist views like harrowup (no offense counselor) in complete political agreement with supposed conservatives like Goldi, yukon, Gatlin.
Those on the left (war) and those on the right (me) get the boot.
In fact, most of the left is gone and there is a string of those on the right getting the boot now.

I am a very independent Democrat. I usually prefer Republicans for Executive and Democrats for local and legislative jobs. However, as long as the thugs remain in control of the Progressives, the Democrat Party does not exist for me.
I am not certain, but I think Goldi liked Palin/Backman/Newt, yukon liked Palin and demonized Newt and Gatlin liked Santorum and I favored Romney but mostly kept quiet, I think.
The one thing we absolutely agreed on was no Obama. And it should be noted yukon, Gatlin and I all said we would vote for Ron Paul if he won the nomination. I don't believe many Paul supporters said they would support anybody else but may be mistaken. Your poll may disclose that.
Calcon certainly is hard right and war hard left but I don't ever remember war being at LP and don't remember calcon ever talking about politics much and liberator was certainly anti-Obama and apparently agreed with calcon that Romney should be supported.

Of all the candidates, Paul's views most closely mirror my own. Still, there are some things that Paul believes that I disagree with.
I've listed them issue for issue on LP, a couple times iirc, but of course no one wants to talk issues, I was just a Paultard and Paul was my messiah, blah blah blah...
I don't object to Paul for his ideas. I objected to the hopelessness of his quest and the mean-spirited nature of his minions who were just giving the Obama/Axlerod team another way to shoot at Romney. Too much side show. I really don't like politics. I like order.
