Opinions/Editorials Title: Here listen christines point of view. good posts, both of you. you make some very astute points. there's one point that i think you're missing here and, that is, that many of us are disappointed again in what we see as a lack of honesty here not that we expected Ron Paul to be our saviour. i think all of us on 4um are more realistic than that. this is a repeat of 2008 when Ron Paul pulled out just before the Texas primary. we were led to believe that he had a delegate strategy. now with this, he's pulled the rug out from under all those who worked to become delegates and who planned to cast a vote for him at the convention. he pulled up short again and i am certain that that it was not a sudden decision. imo, he and Rand both owe his many, many supporters an immediate explanation. and one more thing...how is it after all the criticism of Romney heretofore can the Pauls suddenly do a 180 and endorse him (assuming Ron plans to also)? that to me is an abandonment of his principles. christine posted on 2012-06-08 Poster Comment: Total lightweight airhead. Well, neither you or I am any more perfect than the next human being, so that is a given. But in that case, she handled Stone's gambit to do what he wanted to do with that vanity thread. That is my point. And I want Stone to rebut this directly which is a purpose to my post. I certainly don't tweak his beak any worse then he has done himself. He can rebut the post, too and I will listen to and respond to his feedback. But he can't 'command' me to do anything as he explicitly tried to do in a recent vanity thread header. But in the activism I did in the 1980s against South African Apartheid I became aware of the Israel and SA connection which led me to do a closer look at what Zionism is, and why it resonated so well with what I hated about South Africa under the Nationalist Party Apartheid government. I strongly oppose Zionism. But I refuse to engage in blanket bigotry of an entire religion because of that. I just want it clear where I stand; it is against a bad philosophy and policy, not an entire people.

But again, whatever natural forces (God's own rules) that were altered and allowed man's life-span to be hundreds of years instead of today's 85 years old...were in effect. Evidently, even both Sarah and Abraham were shocked that a woman of 100 years old (still apparently "too old" even back in those days) could bear a child.

That you believe in a myth? How profound is that? The story of Abraham and Sarah defy: common sense, scientific fact and any collaboration of any source other than the Jewish fables called the Torah; the Torah was written about 500BC (after the Jewish EXILE to Babylon) based on hearsay from generations of goat herders that just made the stuff up. The Jews learned educational concepts that were applicable to themselves from the Babylons, too. Hence, the written word for protestants called the Old Testament.
