As the newt purges continue at LP, it makes me wonder why conservatives get banned for bad mouthing newt, but goldi allows a foreign national not living in the US to launch attack after attack against other conservative candidates.

The Birfer trash with made up crap game won't work this time. President Obama has a major advantage over Senator Kerry who was similarly dumped on.
He has been President for three years and people have come to know him and his family to a very real degree, know them to be American and decent people - whether you agree with his policies or not.
Kerry was hit before he was well known to the public. Although it might have been expected that the Republicans would attack Kerry's protests in the 1970s, they wanted to slander a completely documented service record that showed Kerry really was a leader and served with distinction in Vietnam.
Although what he did as a twenty-five year old had little to do with what he would do as a President, the accounts showed an intelligent, courageous man, who was loved by his crews. They powerfully defined him as a man of character.
The swiftboating was a despicable way to change the emerging positive definition of Senator Kerry and unfairly poison the well.
President Obama is already clearly defined. The Birther game is a dry hump of an attempt to grudge fuck someone who very likely will smoke Romney like a cheap cigar.
He was born in Hawaii, and nothing will change that fact, they should get over it. They are just embarrassing themselves at this point.

The topic of the thread, LP supports Foreign Intervention in US elections, was of no interest to me until I was pinged. It confused me since I've not seen where Marguerite has identified herself as such. I've seen the accusations but nothing more.

The wife of Republican presidential candidate NEWT GINGRICH is hiding a shocking lesbian secret!
Callista Gingrich – who carried on a seven-year extramarital affair with Newt before they wed – maintains an intimate friendship with an openly gay woman she’s known since high school.
“Callista is a great friend,” Karen Olson, a canon with the Minneapolis-based Episcopal Church in Minnesota, told The ENQUIRER.

“We may differ on some realities of life, but that doesn’t change the fact that we can get past some of our differences.
“Would he get my vote? I’m considering all things.”
A top Washington political source believes that Newt and Callista’s relationship with Olson could hurt his run for the White House.
“This is a bombshell revelation exposing the fact that this woman has both Callista and Newt’s ear to pass on her beliefs,” said the source. “There’s now going to be questions as to who else may be in Callista’s secret circle of friends and can be of a major influence to Newt.”
Meanwhile, Newt, 68, was recently criticized for opposing gay marriage by his lesbian half sister Candace Gingrich-Jones, who said that she will be voting for President Obama.
Candace, a director at the gay advocacy group Human Rights Campaign, told MSNBC: “He is definitely on the wrong side of history when it comes to those issues.”
But Olson believes Newt may well get the support of gay voters.
“Are there people who are gay who will vote for him? Absolutely,” she told The ENQUIRER.
“Newt has been clear about saying he supports marriage between a man and a woman, but he is certainly open to knowing that there are gay and lesbian people in the world.
“He’s in a relationship with many of them through his sister and myself and numerous other people who are close friends with Callista.”
