Article 1 Section. 8 To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures; There you have it the congress has the power to coin money. That is not a Fed power. They are illegally making money just printing it up.
The Fed is usurping the power of congress. That makes then an enemy of the constitution and Americans.
The Constitution of the United States says
Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.
By this definition the Fed has indeed committed treason. Ben Bernanke being the head of the Federal Reserve has committed treason.
