The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Monday shows that 223% of the nation's voters Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as president. Forty percent (40%) Strongly Disapprove, giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -18 (see trends). This is the first time the presidents Strong Disapproval rating has reached 40% since the killing of Osama bin Laden. For most of 2010, Strong Disapproval was in the low to mid 40s, but it declined following the agreement to extend the Bush tax cuts.
Fifty-eight percent (58%) of voters think election ballots should be printed in English only. A majority of Republican and unaffiliated voters hold this view while most Democrats disagree.
Thirty percent (30%) of voters think that it might be a good time to consider electing a third party candidate for president.
