No,I distinctly remember seeing and hearing this refuted on one of the Sunday talk shows,and it was never refuted. BTW,I have always been of the opinion that if it weren't illegal to be a homosexual in the military that this wouldn't happen because blackmail would be impossible in the majority of the cases.
