The point is that were this show to have originated in Iran, there would be Koran burnings and calls for war. Because this is a Israeli show, it only rates a tepid "silly and shallow" rating. Everyone else is free to do what they want to do. For three reasons: 1) Their location 2) It is the right thing to do, because without our support they are in trouble- and we located many of them there after the war 3)Because Israel is the jewel of God's eye. About Taxpayers having to pay so much- I will give you that we should cut that back a bit. BUT I support the support of Israel. If I supported them ONLY for religious reasons, I would say no- taxpayers should not have to pay. But they are a very strategic ally for us as well. Provide for the common defense is one of the only, original, reasons we have a federal government.
