Cult Watch Title: A Suspicious Request form the Goldi El Pee Faro Bank Snookerthon I found this VERY SUSPICIOUS request concening "snail mail" donations on Goldi's Faro Bank SnookerThon thread at El Pee
#106. To: Magician (#104) Where can I send a check? Liberty Post • 9838 Old Baymeadows Road, PMB 296 • Jacksonville, Florida 32256 the Pay to line needs to be left BLANK. Goldi-Lox posted on 2011-04-01 1:13:12 ET Reply Trace The Pay To or more accurately the Pay To The Order of line of a check is the line that tells a bank exactly to give the money that the check represents TO. The recipient of a check with a BLANK pay to line can make it out to literally ANYBODY. What ecactly is Goldi up to with this SnookerThon involving checks with BLANK Pay To The Order Lines???!!! More to come if I find out more. I have never even seen Jim Rob ask for donations in checks with BLANK Pay To The Order lines!!!! This is a NEW LOW in possible dishonesty from the Neo Con forums if my suspicions about the BLANK Pay To The Order line on the Checks is true. TAIPAN(1 image)Post Comment Private Reply Ignore Thread Top • Page Up • Full Thread • Page Down • Bottom/Latest Yet another request for a BLANK Payee line: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Goldi-Lox, I'd like to donate, but I don't put my credit card information on line. Should I mail a check to the address on the bottom of this page? Sorry for the delay...been doing cleanup. That would be nice, but please leave the PAY TO - BLANK. I can't cash anything made out to LP. Goldi-Lox posted on 2011-04-01 9:28:15 ET Reply Trace I dont care what excuse she gives for this. (For sime mysterious reason she claims she can't cash checks can't made out ot LP.) Anyone who sends a check with a BLAMK PAy to the Order Line to ANYONE is a complete idiot. The whole thing sounds suspicious to me. A blank Pay To The Order line on a check is just like giving away your PIN, Social Security or credit card number.
#2. To: Coral Snake (#1) Simple. A check or money order with the pay to line left blank can be a handy way to pay bills with untaxed income. Nurse Ratched simply puts the name of the phone, cable, or utility company in the pay to line and the LP donor has just paid part/all of her bill.
#3. To: Coral Snake (#0) oh my god, you need to contact the NY times and let them know of this, it's your solemn duty to inform the nation of this,s people out of work, losing homes, oil and food prices zooming certainly aren't important when compared to a big issue like this. Why does Godwinson try to hide the fact that he is DESTRO? #4. To: calcon (#3) Here to help protect the scam? Yep, and for the cognitive impaired here..."since it's not made out to her she never has to declare it as income". Too bad her syncophants there don't advise her of the possible criminal implications of her little enterprise. I'm sure there's an accountant or two posting there that should know. To: calcon (#3) (Edited) oh my god, you need to contact the NY times and let them know of this, It would be ridiculous for ANYONE to send ANYONE a blank check. The fact is that Goldi COULD do as described above. I'm not saying she would, but a blank TO: line is ridiculous. She could make it out to the phone company, the cable company or the RNC for that matter. She could make it out to herself. Does she not keep a separate account just for LP? She stated she cannot "cash" a check made out to LP. Why would SHE be cashing these checks at all? She should be depositing them into a separate account to pay the bills of LP. Why is she 'cashing' them? It appears that she may in fact be making these check out to herself and operating LP from her personal checking account.
#7. To: We The People (#6) Does she not keep a separate account just for LP? Of course not.

#10. To: We The People (#6) (Edited) Does she not keep a separate account just for LP? Funny, that. She is an accountant by trade. Biiiig red flag on the play. #14. To: Rek (#12) Hopefully the tax attorney you hire can convince them of this. I already have a great tax attorney. Please explain your second remark. How am I participating?
#15. To: We The People (#13) Perhaps so! Considering what she allows to go on on her site, I think you'd have to be nuts to get your name associated with hers. Dirty hands it's called. LOL! I have donated one time to LP in the amount of $50.00 and didn't deduct the donation. Believe it or not, in my country, I'm allowed to spend my net take home pay any way that I'd like to. You would not believe the contact I've had with the IRS over the years and I have no shady dealings. But thanks for your concern.
#20. To: 22rifle (#17) It appears that she may in fact be making these check out to herself and operating LP from her personal checking account. I don't know, I'm not an accountant or tax attorney and I've never held or ran an internet interest that solicited donations. I'm also not making any allegations, I'm simply engaged in a discussion.
#21. To: We The People (#19) have donated one time to LP in the amount of $50.00 and didn't deduct the donation. Yet you admit to participating in what maybe be an enterprise that you admit has unorthodox practices. When they hit her for the bill and she can't pay you might also be called in as a party to it since you participated and received services with full knowledge. To: Rek (#21) Yet you admit to participating in what maybe be an enterprise that you admit has unorthodox practices. When they hit her for the bill and she can't pay you might also be called in as a party to it since you participated and received services with full knowledge. I admitted to donating $50.00 to LP, which I did. I in no way 'participated in what maybe be an enterprise that I admit has unorthodox practices', nor did I admit LP in fact has unorthodox practices. I am simply musing since I have no direct knowledge of LP's business dealings. Donating $50.00 to anything is not participating in an enterprise, it is a donation. You are trying to convince me that I've somehow implicated myself in some imaginary shady dealing because I donated $50.00? Are you serious? And what services did I receive for my donation? Your argument is ridiculous, and I urge you to stop it.
#23. To: We The People (#6) She stated she cannot "cash" a check made out to LP. I have never read where she said that ... she may have. I have read where she said that she cannot deposit a check made out to LP.
#24. To: We The People (#13)
Smart ... yes.
#25. To: We The People (#22) (Edited) admitted to donating $50.00 to LP, which I did. You participated in the forum, so you received services. Donations are optional, yet you gave by your admission, so you felt that your participation had monetary value. And yet you have no idea how the forum enterprise is actually set up, as you don't even know the full name of the owner. It could be laundering money, as it's definitely in the right location. And you publicly acknowledge your suspicions regarding her unorthodox donation collection processes, yet give tacit approval by continuing your posting there with a history of donations. #29. To: calcon (#27) i'd turn her into the irs, but the snitch fee would probably be only .50 to 1.00, You probably would, I'm sure.
#30. To: calcon (#27) it amazes me the crap you people get all excited about. You may not have noticed this, but as one reads through these threads, I appear to remain amazingly calm, while you on the other hand appear a bit 'excited'.
#31. To: Coral Snake (#0) Let me think about this. If I was asking for donations for this site. I wouldn't want anyone to know my real name. If I used paypal would people be able to get my real name? I don't know as I never used paypal. I heard her name is Sally. I don't recall if her last name is out. I would have to cut her some slack on this one. I know she has done it this way for years. The person sending the check will receive a canceled check or an image of it. So they will be able to see where the money went to. They could post that information if they wanted to.
#32. To: We The People (#30) I appear to remain amazingly calm, it's called drunken stupor Why does Godwinson try to hide the fact that he is DESTRO? #33. To: calcon (#32) I appear to remain amazingly calm, Shouldn't your shift at Taco Bell be starting right about now? Don't be late!
#34. To: We The People (#33) Shouldn't your shift at Taco Bell be starting right about now? I was just signing off and this popped up on my screen. You jumped my ass this morning ... about these type comments. You said (words to the affect): "In the yukon mold" when referring to my post. I must say to you now: that yukon would have been proud to make such a snarky comment ... don't cha agree? Com' on ... WTP ... Really? I will go now ...
#35. To: Tater, aka Gatlin, We The People (#34) (Edited) You jumped my ass this morning ... about these type comments. Now you're seeing the real "Gatlin." He's got to have the last word. And he sure didn't appreciate getting rebuked for condoning Yukon's gutter language and behavior. And sounding like him. What's telling about his rebuke of your dig into calcon is a matter of degree. Yours was far more of a tweak, whereas Gatlin/Tater's digs were...NASTY. Gatlin, there is a different between "snarky," and "nasty" or "filthy." "Com' on, WTP" - My ass. Go back home to yukon's waiting arms.
#36. To: Tater (#34) I was just signing off and this popped up on my screen. You may not realize this, but calcon and I have a history of exchanging posts exactly like this, because we enjoy each others humor. Calcon is a funny guy. I ROARED at laughter when he started calling Ron Paul, bong paul. I have nothing against calcon, have told him so many times, and have teased him about working at Taco Bell for a couple years now. He has teased me about being an alcoholic for quite awhile also. We are 'playing'. You are not. There is a marked difference. (I have no idea where calcon works and he could have no idea what my alcoholic beverage consumption is.) If you want something to throw back at me, search posts from me to 'Rek'. If you pointed out that remark, you would be correct.
#37. To: calcon (#36) Ping to 36
#38. To: Liberator, we the people (#35) What's telling about his rebuke of your dig into calcon is a matter of degree. I still lmao over that, even when I type it!
