I moved north to escape the hot weather. I guess I'm just wearing out. When I walk my knees make noise. LOL! I've got too many ties to the north. This is home for me.

Well, that all was screen-capped, and stored. Lawyers do like evidence, y'know... See, she and her gaystapo/Statsi boys just committed libel/slander, and revealed private info...she could have extricated herself by simply looking at the provided evidence... Instead...she publicly accused ME of being a hacker that was doing this to sue. Um...I'm not the one who revealed private ID info...and I do be3lieve there are LEO connections that then take info and run background checks...or else they bought memberships at sites that will give info on anyone once they data-mined the info they wanted... She accused me...then blocked me...then published MY NAME again and said for people to "have at it"! Whoops...that makes her culpable as well...therefore lawyers will now be involved!
FWIW- Mel posted my name and address on cease and desist letter( from using her screen name), claimed it was from a real lawyer's office in AZ, and that ended up being a huge lie. The office was real, but the claim was false. Mel posted my name a number of times and Goldi never blinked an eye. I don;t even know mel's real name- so I never posted it or slandered the poster mel. Goldi did believe the threat that I could be sued by Mel, and so she scolded me and left thread up forever. She has a history of allowing slander. I don't know if it is personal or not.. but there is a history of it. I am glad if Goldi is alive and well, but there is still something very odd going on over there.

so you're really suing or just looking into it? how will you obtain the needed evidence now that goldi deleted those threads? the screen caps are meaningless by themselves and without the attached ip addresses. i believe the software LP uses only allows the owner to see an ip address next to each post. and with the posts deleted forever, the ips are lost forever.

As for this woman who's life is an open book on every level on the Internet; After she posted that thread with information on two men with similar names to mine which I've always been open about, I retaliated with threads from a local forum where she lashed back at people who had nasty things to say about family and friends who suffer from the meth curse. I also archived all the threads; the ones I found and hers for later reference because with her posting in the same forum is very much like sleeping in a clutch of rattle snakes. She better mind her Ps and Qs, as I am being more open about my warning here than I would if I were dealing with a sane human being. She never has any desire to practice politesse or stand down from a slanderous and vindictive posture. Which is fine. As long as she understands she will get the rhetorical baseball bat across her figurative nose should she try to flank me again, she might mind her manners. I have given her ample opportunity to stand down and back off, and she has made it plain that that approach will not work with her. Which is fine with me. She sized me up as an easy mark, and for that mistake she got Powned. She does it again, she will find out what it is like when I don't pull my rhetorical punches.
