Weird Stuff/Unexplained Title: Locked Thread I moved north to escape the hot weather. I guess I'm just wearing out. When I walk my knees make noise. LOL! I've got too many ties to the north. This is home for me. yukon posted on 2011-04-01 14:41:23 ET Reply Trace [Thread Locked] Private Reply Ignore Thread Top • Page Up • Full Thread • Page Down • Bottom/Latest Comments (1-122) not displayed.
#123. To: Tater (#114) (Edited) The first question I would ask myself is, why would she? There did happen to be a fund raiser, immediately after this fiasco. So, are you moving to a "guilty until proven innocent" situation ... am I misreading here? I am absolutely not. I just want to know the truth and I'm trying to make sense of all of this. Occam's razor; –noun- the maxim that assumptions introduced to explain a thing must not be multiplied beyond necessity. "the simplest explanation is most likely the correct one"
#124. To: Tater (#121) While investigating and analyzing the events, someone was able to “accurately guesstimate” yukon’s original password. On 2 different sites? That's where I start having trouble with that theory.
#125. To: Tater (#121) While investigating and analyzing the events, someone was able to “accurately guesstimate” yukon’s original password. Really, and they did that here to, did they? Funny that Stone hasn't said anything about his site being hacked. Why do you keep ignoring this part of the story? "Am I for or against abstinence?" - Sarah Palin #126. To: Skip Intro (#122) (Edited) Can we just simplify this? And Nixon would be proud of Gatlin's ability to distract and deflect. "http://first-draft-blog.typepad.com/.a/6a00d8341c5ced53ef0148c7a28c4b970c-320wi" #127. To: We The People (#104) But the mountains of evidence point to a completely different story. Present your "evidence" to me, please. I do believe, or at least I would hope, that you know I have an open and investigative mind. I can be convinced of anything with sufficiently firm proof.
#128. To: We The People (#115) If we are to believe the 'official story', it's actually more than 2. Great observations, great points. "Multiple" accounts. But who else?? Plausible deniablity. She's setting up a defense of the...er...ID'ing problem. Goldi is spinning and providing more BS cover than 0bama's own administration. Btw - Did you find her reaction to her own obit a little weak?
#129. To: Skip Intro (#122) Can we just simplify this? So far, that is the theory I am inclined to believe.
#130. To: Tater (#127) Present your "evidence" to me, please. You were lying in an effort to deflect which is proof enough. "http://first-draft-blog.typepad.com/.a/6a00d8341c5ced53ef0148c7a28c4b970c-320wi" #131. To: Rek (#106) Yet no other poster admitted getting an email through to Goldi at that time. I don't understand ... There was a period during which neither I nor anyone could contact Goldi. It was only after contact was made with Goldi that explanations began to assemble and fall into place ... that was some three (?) days after the original post.
#132. To: Tater, We The People (#127) Present your "evidence" to me, please. Real funny, Col. Klink. Isn't that like putting the fox in the henhouse in charge of security?
Sorry - you convince few that you don't have a conflict of interest - especially given that you've starred in one of the lead roles in this kabuki theater.
#133. To: Rek, Tater (#130) You were lying in an effort to deflect which is proof enough. Since Tater continues to ignore questions about yukon's id here being "hacked" too, I'm inclined to doubt his objectivity. "Am I for or against abstinence?" - Sarah Palin #134. To: Skip Intro (#122) "1) Nobody's account was hacked. Yukon had a gay porn site open when he made his post and accidentally posted it's link instead of the one he meant to. Years ago when I would be posting in a returning bannee account at Free Republic with a window open to my old home forum Time.com/politics, I did this more than once. For example; I remember my panic when I posted a post to FR meant for Time.com/Politics that was particularly mocking of FR, so I posted it quickly in my 'hobbb' account at Time, and posted an oops at FR with the URL to my Time post explaining I had meant to quote that and hit 'Post' before I was done with the quote post. And I did an 'abuse' flag to explain to the moderator my 'mistake.' No one at FR caught the discrepancies of the time stamps, and I successfully baffled them with bull poop. It is very easy to make mistakes like Yukon did. And I know this first hand. Which is why I consider it a distinct possibility this was indeed a goof up of epic proportions. ![]() #135. To: Skip Intro, We The People (#122) Can we just simplify this? Slam-DUNK. 4) Goldi was called in an Emergency Session. 5) Gatlin was contacted. The "hacking" cover-story facilitated. 6) Other unhinged "disruptors" were created ('I Hate Bob Thompson') to lend credence to the cover story.
#136. To: Skip Intro, Rek, Tater (#133) Since Tater continues to ignore questions about yukon's id here being "hacked" too, I'm inclined to doubt his objectivity. Duly noted.
#137. To: Tater (#127) Present your "evidence" to me, please. I admit, I am evidence poor. That's why I'm asking for evidence in any form, to prove any aspect of this fiasco. The only facts that we know, are that the threads, containing the posts in question WERE made under yukon's handle. The question is, were his accounts hacked...BOTH of them? There and here? That's hard to believe. The most damning evidence is that he outed himself on two forums. Then the ensuing shitstorm that followed, and Goldi's reaction. Your posts about the billing cycle, 22 also claiming to have inside info. None of it makes sense. That's why logic points me to the most simple possibility.
#138. To: We The People (#111) What did you find in your digging that told you it wasn't right? As I stated twice before on LP in a couplee threads, I was assigned additional duty as investigating officer for pre stage UCMJ. Often times there was no hard evidence, as is the case about which we speak. I therefore had to take statements, listen to testimony and make recommendations. I had to do the "this could have happened - this maybe could not have happened" process over and over again until slowly pieces moulded into place. That was the situation here. After hearing "didn't" and with no "did" ... I came to my conclusion.
#139. To: Liberator (#135) Don't forget the "Goldi is Dead" thread by a new poster. All part of the plan. I have no doubt that phone calls were made to set this all up. It took me all of 30 seconds to find Goldi's Florida phone number. I'm sure others could do it as well. "Am I for or against abstinence?" - Sarah Palin #140. To: Liberator (#128) Btw - Did you find her reaction to her own obit a little weak? Absolutely. It certainly wasn't the reaction I would have expected.
#141. To: Tater (#127) I can be convinced of anything with sufficiently firm proof. No comment.
#142. To: Ferret Mike (#68) I would defend anyone's right to be Christian, and worship as they chose as I defend the U.S. Constitution, including the First Amendment, Libe. I am not Christian, but I can't expect my faith to be defended by others should I forget to do this. Mikey, come on. You are hostile towards Christianity. Every graphic of yours alludes to it in one measure or another.
#143. To: Tater (#138) As I stated twice before on LP in a couplee (sic) threads, I was assigned additional duty as investigating officer for pre stage UCMJ. Often times there was no hard evidence, as is the case about which we speak. You're so full of shit your eyes are brown. Get lost, loser.
#144. To: We The People (#137) That's why logic points me to the most simple possibility. Plus Tater's need to come here and massage the message. "http://first-draft-blog.typepad.com/.a/6a00d8341c5ced53ef0148c7a28c4b970c-320wi" #145. To: Tater (#127) I do believe, or at least I would hope, that you know I have an open and investigative mind. I do believe you to be an honest and honorable man. I think you know that. I simply want to know the truth, no matter where it leads me. The story that we are given is just too hard to believe. Too much of it doesn't make sense.
#146. To: Rek (#108) If you lied then why should anyone believe you now? There was fun spoofing going on. Gatlin (me), harrowup, I'm back and I don't know who else were all having a blast pulling the agitators chains. If you were unable to recognize that and see the teasing ... then you can of course believe I lied and I am lying now. So, to bluntly paraphrase a scene from Gone With the Wind: "Frankly my dear sir, I don't give a damn" whether you believe me or not. If you would like to ask me any more questions, I will try my best to answer you ... if you wish to insult me or to challenge my integrity, then to you I will say: "Good Night, Sir."
#147. To: Skip Intro, We The People (#139) Don't forget the "Goldi is Dead" thread by a new poster. All part of the plan. Yep. By an poster with no name, no less. How convenient. Either Goldi set it up, OR provided Admin rights to another "trusted" LPer. We can speculate who that might be, can't we? I have no doubt that phone calls were made to set this all up. With ya. NOT buying the supposed unavaialblity of Goldi AT ALL. Why was Gatlin so giddy as though he knew something everyone else wasn't privy to? It took me all of 30 seconds to find Goldi's Florida phone number. I'm sure others could do it as well. That's something, isn't it? And anyway, didn't she also claim she'd been around during most of the hoopla?
#148. To: We The People (#140) It certainly wasn't the reaction I would have expected. She was NOT surprised in the least. By ANY of it. Dead give-away.
#149. To: Tater (#138) As I stated twice before on LP in a couplee threads, I was assigned additional duty as investigating officer for pre stage UCMJ. Often times there was no hard evidence, as is the case about which we speak. I understand and I respect your opinion/conclusion. If that is what you believe, then I believe you are being honest about it. I however am still having problems. I believe that we may not know the truth for awhile, if ever. I do believe that the truth always come out, eventually. The question is, will I be there to witness it.
#150. To: Liberator (#147) That's something, isn't it? And anyway, didn't she also claim she'd been around during most of the hoopla? She was. She made a couple of posts a day or two after yukon outed himself. "Am I for or against abstinence?" - Sarah Palin #151. To: Tater, Rek (#146) There was fun spoofing going on. Sure you were. You were pretending, "I-know-something-you-don't" because we're all in 3rd grade. And you all knew "WE WUZ HACKED!!" Nice try, Schultz...er, I mean Klink. Dismissed.
#152. To: Liberator (#142) I strongly feel that if I were to be deeply hostile toward Christianity, I would resemble the mindset I would be trying to slam. I have a great many dear friends who are Christian, and would stand up for them against anyone who tried to hurt their right to be who they are and to worship in the faith they call home. Now, I do indeed have criticism of Christianity, but that is a whole different thing. I also as the oldest of six have the responsibility to preserve and protect the family Bible of my father, Daniel A. McCarthy, and I take that very seriously. I was made to go to Mass every Sunday until I was 14, and went through the Confirmation ceremony in the Catholic Church. I have read the Bible and taken study courses on it, as well as the Koran. I am currently reading 'Opening the Tanya,' Discovering the Moral and Mystical teachings of a classic work of Kabbalah, by Rabbi Adin Steinsalz. Believe what you wish however, as I know where I stand, and am not bothered by your condemnation of me as a religious bigot. ![]() #153. To: Liberator, Tater (#118) "You're nothing but female howlin. THAT is a role you are eminently suited for". Keep "digging" gatlin, you (unless you and sally are one and the same) have dug a hole so deep now you'll never get out of it, but the entertainment value of watching you try is priceless!
#154. To: Skip Intro (#150) She made a couple of posts a day or two after yukon outed himself. Why didn't she address the entire, "yukie-is-gay" fiasco then? Instead she hung him out to dry.....OR was she merely trying to give gatlin, harrowup, 22IQ, etal. time to "catapult the propaganda"??
#155. To: Tater (#146) Gatlin, what were the 'arrangements' being made you were referring to all weekend last week? Was the whole thing a Goldi/Yu-klown op to test ideological purity? I notice you are pretty chummy with war, LF's own Yu-klown, v. 2.0. He is identical to Goldie's son, isn't he? Well, [W.A-R.'s] got to do something for attention, his multiple personalities aren't speaking to him any more, and his imaginary friends keep finding excuses not to come over. #156. To: We The People, hondo68, Itzlzha, Skip Intro, Murron, Tek, all (#149) (Edited)
Who would Goldi regard as most likely threatening to flesh out the truth of the matter of this charade? BANNED/SUSPENDED: WE The People
#157. To: Ferret Mike (#117) Well said. I myself do not care if anyone is gay or not. It is their business, and I only get angry if someone knocks lesbians and gays if they turn out to be one themselves. As do I … we are in agreement. As for those who try to pin the orientation on me merely because I do not abide by picking on others for an aspect of themselves that has not been shown to make them dysfunctional as human beings or reduced their ability to function or be productive; I am not insecure enough to be bothered by such immature vindictiveness. I don’t know why some try to call others “queers” and “fags” and so on and so forth when they have absolutely no personal knowledge of anyone’s sexual orientation. I've posted too long to have that thin a skin. And I pander to no one when I decide on my views on an issue. Uh, you don’t need to tell me that … I have been on a forum to witness such, and proudly say I will join in with you while you do that anytime and anyplace. For me, Yukon is damned by the weight of his empty calorie posts that bait, hate and lack weight of discussion of issues and insight regarding them. And you have stated reasons valid for you having that feeling … I have no disagreement with that. I will take great exception with those who damn yukon by calling him a “homo” and do so without any proof, just because of the way and manner in which yukon posts.
#158. To: Liberator (#156) She also banned Obnoxicated for making a little joke at her expense. "Am I for or against abstinence?" - Sarah Palin #159. To: Ferret Mike (#152) I strongly feel that if I were to be deeply hostile toward Christianity, I would resemble the mindset I would be trying to slam. I have a great many dear friends who are Christian, and would stand up for them against anyone who tried to hurt their right to be who they are and to worship in the faith they call home. You've got a good nature about you. What I'm saying is...try harder not to resent us. That thorn shaped as a pentagram at 4um as your icon - It seems like a dig.
#160. To: Murron (#153) Oooops....lol.
#161. To: Tater (#157) I will take great exception with those who damn yukon by calling him a “homo” and do so without any proof, just because of the way and manner in which yukon posts. But you support yukon whose entire posting style is made up of making those very same attacks against others. You have a very strange sense of fairness. "Am I for or against abstinence?" - Sarah Palin #162. To: Liberator (#112) (Edited) Liberator, that's your problem ... you handle it. No one ever makes sense to you unless they support everything you say and believe. There are too many intelligent folks with valid question for me to continue wasting my valuable time with you. You may carry on now ... DISMISSED.
#163. To: Liberator, We The People, Itzlzha, Hondo68 (#156) Who would Goldi regard as most likely threatening to flesh out the truth of the matter of this charade? Could be any one of you, or she could be keeping her friends close, but her enemies even closer! &;-)
