The regional Latin America tour overshadowed by air strikes by the U.S. and allied countries to contain Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi aimed at promoting deeper ties with the region and expand economic corporation with Chile.
The First Lady looked stunning, as always, as she stepped down the jet in a textured frock along with her husband and her two daughters.
