This is done to continue the Orwellian 1984 like constant hate and fear of their opponent. They don't want one second to go where a right wing tea bagger type who may for a second become lucid and realize for example this new insurance plan of Obama's is helping her - so they need to keep them focused on the hate for Obama lest the rubes get off mission. You know the Columbine killers - the two kids - they made self videos and in one video one of the kids says on camera that they try and keep themselves hating all the time so they don't back down from what they are planning to do. This is sort of what the GOP noise machine does with this kind of talk. Now, the reason the crazy talk is all over the place is that the stooges on TV and radio have orders to make Obama look bad but they are not told how to spin this so they are left up to their own devices and come up with unique narratives. We should stop calling these people crazy, because that does not work. Instead right wing talking heads should be called liars over and over. Don't call them crazy - call them what they are, propagandist liars.
