Palin has done some really interesting things over the last year, but her chumming around with Bill Kristol is really disturbing. Do you think she's smart enough to be using the neo-commies? Maybe, but probably not. Most likely, they are trying to co-opt her to move their demented, anti- American agenda forward.
One correction, the Weekly Standard did not mirror the Bush administration's agenda. The Bush administration mirrored the Weekly Standard's agenda/ Kristol and the neo-commies were plotting to invade Iraq and depose Saddam from 1996 -- 5 years before 9/11.

Rand Paul wouldn't tell any government what to do with regards to its security. This is not a neo-con position, it's libertarian position. Insofar as the nuke quote about Iran is concerned -- he's right, you never take any options off of the table. It doesn't mean he would initiate a nuclear attack on Iran.
