There was an even earlier "Pandemic" exercise called, CladeX on 15 May 2018, before Event 201 (late 2019.) And even before that, two other "Pandemic" scenario/simulations, called, Dark Winter and Atlantic Storm.

CV 19 from the very beginning was/is a rigged operation, following directly on the heels of October 2019 'Event 201'. 'CladeX' was the simulation back in 2018 involving the very same occultist One Worlders.
