Education Title: A Michelangelo I am not but, still I am going to try and paint a picture for you. Not one on canvas, but one for your mind. Try to imagine, if you would, a large room, a very large room, say one that is five football fields long, three football fields wide, and one football field high. There are three doors in the room, one that everyone being tried walks through. Yes being tried, for the room is a court room. But not just any court room, this is the last court, it is a court with no appeal. It is a court with no prosecuting attorney and no defense attorneys. Each defendant stands on his own to be judged. That door is at the very east end of the room, close to the North East corner of the room. There are two other doors, both of them are exits, one is a rather small unimposing door, kind of a sickly grey in color, but upon closer examination it is quite apparent that it is a door of considerable substance, more like the type of door you would find inside a maximum security prison, the door that is used to protect those waiting for the death sentence to be carried out from the rest of humanity. The other door is on the South side of the room directly behind two huge throne type chairs. Thrones fit for the most grand of all kings. Thrones that seem to be made of a gold so pure that it almost looks like crystal, throne chairs that have what appears to be a rainbow emanating from them and surrounding them at the same time. That door looks as if it is made out of freshly picked flowers, orchids and things of unbelievable beauty and tenderness, not a door to keep people in or out by any imagination, just a door separating the large judgement room from whatever is on the other side of the beautiful door between the two magnificent thrones. Sitting on these two magnificent throne chairs is God the Father and His one and only Son, the Lord Jesus, the Christ. As each person is brought in from the little door on the east wall, they come and bow down before God the Father, then looking at Jesus they either smile or have a look of shocked amazement on their face as they utter the words, "You're real." As each bows with his or head towards the ground, God the Father looks at God the Son and says this simple word. Son? At which time Jesus says one of two things, "He denied Me before men." or "Welcome My good and faithful servant." For behind the thrones high above, about 80 yards up on the wall, is written this saying: Whosoever therefore shall confess Me before men, him will I confess also before My Father which is in heaven. But whosoever shall deny Me before men, him will I also deny before My Father which is in heaven. Each time the Lord said: "Welcome My good and faithful servant," the Rainbow got brighter, sounds of trumpets, harps, and every other conceivable instrument played a loud, cheerful welcoming song and as that sound played, the white door between the Judgement thrones opened and laughter and music could be heard coming from behind it and light could be seen coming from behind it and beautiful scents too pleasant to even imagine came forth from behind this most beautiful door. And those souls who heard those welcome words "Welcome My good and faithful servant," departed from the room of judgement into everlasting paradise, not as visitors, but as adopted sons and daughters of God. But those who heard these words; "He denied Me before men," heard no such sounds, saw no such sights and felt the iron grasp of two mighty angels. The two mighty angels are taking that soul over to that thick, grey, steel door and opening it, and as they prepare to cast that soul to his or her eternal reward, horrible screams of pain are heard. No light emanated from it, horrors and stenches of undescribable decadence, filth and rot, tried to enter the throne room but were blocked by the soul being cast into the eternal lake of fire. A lake of fire, fire that never ends. A fire that burns with intense heat but with no light, causing a darkness impossible to imagine for it has never been on earth. The picture I painted for you with words is not fiction, it isn't a story out of the latest and scariest horror novel, it is prophecy that will come true. It is called the white throne judgement and it is prophesied in the Book of Revelation. You see, if you are a professing Christian and slip and fall, which all of us do, me more so than others, you must repent. But, if you don't repent, you still may not be in a lot of trouble, but if while you are slipping and falling, you deny the Lord Jesus and don't seriously repent, you are going to find that hard, steel, grey door. Do not, even for a moment think that denying only means denying with the voice or in print, it doesn't. To deny the Lord is to deny Him in your dress, your behavior, your associations, and anything else that denies the presence of the Living God dwelling within you. Confused? Want to be unconfused? Read your Bible, study God's manual for you, for that is what the Bible is. It is God's owner's manual for you to run your life by, authored by the original manufacturer of you, me, your kids, my kids, and everything else in the earth, on the earth and throughout all the heavens, God. In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. (Genesis 1:1 ACP/KJV) ...and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The Same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by Him; and without Him was not any thing made that was made. (John 1:..1-3 ACP/KJV) The Lord be with you all and may none of you ever hear those horrible words, " He denied Me before men." Amen. If it's not an indoor stadium, it's overbuilt. Too expensive to heat or cool.
Bob my brother, you did fine ! Hopefully your words will be taken to heart by many ! Regards, Stoner
