The real absurdity is that this student doesn't understand a law was passed which means it is, by definition, not illegal to conceal a firearm on campus. Faculty and students tried to block the law, but to no avail. Banned for posting an article about the degradation of America's universities? The article was factual and it was appropriate for the times, or we could ignore it and continue to wonder why America is all screwed up.
It's good that asylums now allow patients to use the computer and the internet. It's rather a form of therapy isn't it? And, not to worry, it's not supposed to make any sense at all.
