According to Waco NBC affiliate KCEN, the McLennan County Sheriff's office bomb squad responded to a suspicious device in Rosebud, about 35 miles south of Waco. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives blasted water on the container and diffused the device. No injuries were reported. The liquid found in the IED will be analyzed in a lab.
