Title: FBI Neglect of San Bernardino Crime Scene Fits a Pattern

The shocking sight of journalists storming into the apartment of the San Bernardino terrorists, less than 48 hours after the attack, was apparently allowed by the FBI, which handed the apartment back over to the landlord, who let the media in with a crowbar.

CNN had a reporter on the scene, but its own analyst Harry Houck was shocked, calling it a “screw-up.”

While the journalists’ behavior was disturbing, it fit a pattern: the Obama administration is careless about, or is reluctant to find, evidence of terrorism.

For example, the government has done almost nothing with the treasure trove of intelligence information it recovered during the raid on Osama bin Laden’s compound in May 2011. Stephen F. Hayes of the Weekly Standard has waged a lonely battle to force the government to take the intelligence seriously–intelligence that could disrupt terror networks and prevent future attacks around the world. “They haven’t done anything close to a full exploitation,” perhaps only 10%, he quoted one analyst in May 2015.

The following year, after the Benghazi terror attack–which the Obama administration insisted was a protest over a YouTube video–the FBI arrived on the scene several weeks later, after terrorists and curious locals had enjoyed the opportunity to roam the scene and remove or change whatever they wanted. Fox News reported on Oct. 5, 2012 that an FBI team had waited for weeks before visiting the consulate, and that they stayed only briefly. (To this day, Democrats insist a video explanation was plausible.)

Now, the FBI has released a crime scene to the landlord, to the media, and even to a local dog, according to CNN. It is certainly possible that investigators were able to obtain and remove all of the evidence they needed. But how can they know they will not need to return? How do they prevent evidence from being tainted, moved, lost–or possibly even being planted? Now, they cannot.

Houck puts the FBI’s behavior down to incompetence. Perhaps the truth is that the government is just not interested. (1 image)

They only get interested when some facetyme with the media appears to be relevent for publick release.

You do remember Waco, Texas don't you? Or Ruby Widge?

All white trash for the above "incidents" but Muslims shooting into publick building and murdering & maiming innocent people, the US government doesn't give a damn.

Ya think? Gosh, thank you for allowing for that "possibility".

Since Comey already divined there's no evidence either Farook and Malik were part of a terror cell or network or had any outside assistance, further investigation probably isn't necessary.

As long as any disgruntled employee, unfairly targeted by white bigots, and his handler wife have easy access to guns and pipe bombs, things like are bound to happen (except in Ca which has already has the strictest gun laws in the country).

Let's look at a possible scenario. There are terrorist cells positioned around the U.S. There is a time set for all of the cells to perform their assigned mission. The cells are just waiting. So, what happened with the man and woman and that third man that the FBI took into custody? Were they simply hotheads who got involved in workplace violence? I think it is obvious that with the planning that went into most of this event, that isn't so, or is that completely true?

The guy got into an argument, from reports, about religion with one guy who was killed. I believe this victim was the messianic Jew. The terrorist lost it and broke from his mission. A witness near the apartment reported after the shootings that six Mid Eastern guys were seen in the neighborhood. They are in the wind. There are other terrorists involved in this matter, but not in the shootings.

Basically, I'm saying there are other terrorists waiting for a time to attack. The shootings in SB were done by two hotheads ho couldn't wait to kill few infidels. That doesn't negate the plan for a joint, unified effort coming up. There was a list published online of cities the Muslims said they would attack. Maybe, I can find it.

The next question is when. Obviously, this scenario doesn't have a time, but I would be careful around Christmas time.

I definitely wouldn't want to be in Times Square on New Years Eve.

I was wondering what a "terror network" is? Do they have to have a team charter to qualify as one? A mission statement? T-Shirts with their network logo on the front?

Maybe their co-conspirators reported to be coming and going at their residence/bomb factory didn't meet the "network" requirements, so there was no need to dust for fingerprints or reconstruct shredded documents.

The administration has no problem with that. The FBI is reportedly claiming that the investigation of the site was completed and that the crime scene had been released when the reporters contaminated remaining evidence.

Given Commey's reported statements, that would appear to be the case.

They should have caught 911 hijackers. They just ignored it.

They should have caught the Boston bomber. They just ignored it.

Now we hear they should have caught the San Bernardino terrorists. They said it wasn't a big deal.

You kinda wonder what the hell are they spying on and what is their focus? Maybe white Christian Rebels?

Is it me or has Zero's world been the most violent presidency in the history of America excluding the UnCivil War. More mass shootings and terror attacks on American since Obummer took reign!

I think the demoncrats think they can just ignore radical islamic nutballs and they will leave us alone. They are wrong and we the people pay the price!

Sooner or later, you have to consider the search of the house complete. The author claims it should be later. Why? Because it was done sooner.

Imagine, though, if we did it his way and "discovered" evidence in the house four months from now. Like he'd believe it.

Besides, they're both dead. It's not as though we need all the evidence we can get to use in a trial.

If you're satisfied with the speed and completeness of the investigation, that's fine with me.

The FBI investigation has fully met my expectations thus far.

San Bernardino Media Hoax: CNN, Media, ‘Victims Families’ All Ransack Suspects Family Home, Faux FBI Crime Scene

The entire fiasco was being stage-managed by the highly dubious (and CIA-connected) CNN operative, Anderson Cooper, who is then flanked by CNN junior ‘reporter’ Stephanie Elam who clearly states, “I was the first person who walked into this room [bedroom] and saw how it was before everyone started touching it… I don’t want to show you these ID’s over here [as the camera pans over and shows them] just because I don’t want to show you those addresses on there, but I do believe they belong to the mother based on the ages that were there.”

So Elam had access and tampered with the entire crime scene. If it were a real federal crime scene, then this would be a violation of numerous state and federal laws, including a violation of the family’s rights to privacy. In addition, under California state law, all media members and public present are in violation of breaking and entering, vandalism and as well as theft in the event that any personal items were removed from the scene.

NOTE: The fact that no one who participated in media this free-for-all today has been either arrested or charged – is proof that the home is not a real federal crime scene at all. It was nothing more than a dramatic set, staged for TV cameras.

“Truth is treason in the empire of lies.” - Ron Paul

In a Cop Culture, the Bill of Rights Doesn’t Amount to Much

Americans who have no experience with, or knowledge of, tyranny believe that only terrorists will experience the unchecked power of the state. They will believe this until it happens to them, or their children, or their friends.

The crime scene was some distance away.

The FBI returned control of the suspects' dwelling to the landlord who in turn opened it up to the press, afaik.
