Title: Trump campaign trolls Rubio with bottled water delivery

Donald Trump delivered a new dig in his ongoing feud with Sen. Marco Rubio on Monday: a 24-bottle care package with the label “Trump Ice Natural Spring Water.”

The set of bottled water was sent to the Rubio campaign’s Washington office on Monday. The package also had two towels with the “Make America Great Again” Trump campaign slogan, Trump campaign bumper stickers, and a note that said “Since you’re always sweating, we thought you could use some water. Enjoy!” according to CNN.

It’s a jab at Rubio who awkwardly reached for a bottle of water right in the middle of his 2013 State of the Union rebuttal to President Barack Obama. It’s also the latest attack in the squabbling between Trump and Rubio. Both candidates have been delivering strong poll numbers in the Republican primary field, sparking tensions.

During a recent debate, Trump poked Rubio for being sweaty.

“Rubio, I’ve never seen a young guy sweat that much,” Trump said during a recent appearance in South Carolina. “He’s drinking water, water, water, I never saw anything like this with him with the water.”

Trump is posting big numbers based on his anti-illegal immigration stance. How is Rubio still in this race?

What do you disagree with?

1. Eminent domain. He's completely wrong about the intent of the taking clause of the 5th amendment . It is not for the purpose of building factories ,condo complexes ,or casino parking lots. He was asked about the Kelo case . That case did NOT bring any "economic development ",and it was NOT for public use . The working class owner of the bulldozed home really did love his home ;but he had to surrender it to a wealthy developer (no wonder he favors eminent domain.....he can work his own version of crony capitalism to he benefit ). Clearly he does not put a priority on individual rights . No conservatives do not need that issue explained to them . They understand it very well .

He claims to be a small government type but his rhetoric and actions say something else . I would've asked the question a different way . He makes all these claims about what he will do. But most of the things he says he wants have to be done through the legislative process (ie building his wall ,or his terrible idea of slapping tariffs on American automakers in Mexico). Will he do like the emperor does and use unconstitutional executive action to acheive his agenda ? I'm betting he would . The only thing he mentioned was reducing regulations which is all well and good...something I support . But he demonstrates by his support for Kelo that he would be willing to suspend his belief in 'small government ' to do "great" things .

2. TPP . He's wrong on a number of related issues. He says that there is a back door for entry by China. Just like his other back door claims he can provide no evidence to that since he has not read the treaty . But let's assume that in the future China would be a partner in the deal ... so what ? That would be a plus as China would be compelled to comply with the terms of the treaty .He complains about unfair trade barriers . Well the TPP reduces trade barriers .It does not construct new ones. The TPP eliminates more than 18,000 taxes that various countries put on our products. That can only help American exports. So if China wants to join ,let them join under the same terms as every other nation in the treaty . What TPP does is help create the level playing field he says he wants. (But I suspect he doesn't want a level playing field . He's all in favor of trade deals so long as the US gets the better terms).

The truth is that China doesn't want in because of the lifting of restrictions . They instead are vigorously trying to get the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) going ,which would be a 16 Asian nation trade pact that would exclude the US . That would keep US goods and services from 40% of the world's population. Trump's position would weaken the US economically . China doesn't want TPP because it would strengthen American influence in the region(which is already taking a hit because we have not done a thing about them claiming large swaths of the South China Sea and building artifical islands in the territory of our allies in the region).

I don't understand why he lumps Japan into his harsh rhetoric about China. Japanese PM Shinzo Abe took a great risk to lead Japan into entering the TPP. Approving the TPP would do more than just boost the American economy. It would also help him revitalize Japan’s economy and make it an even stronger partner. Abe in another controversial move has approved the deployment of the Japanese military over seas in support of our alliance with Japan .

He does a lot of demogogery about China currency manipulation while completely ignoring the role of the Federal Reserve . They have weakened the dollar with artificially low interest rates for a decade . Then the Treasury turns the printing presses on over time . So how are we different .If you said they were artifically devaluing against a strong dollar then you might have a case .But the yuang is pegged to the dollar . So if we treat our currency like monopoly money then we really have no beef if they reciprocate .

But just like liberal/socialist/ Keynesian economist Paul Krugman(who's very much in favor of Trump's tariff solutions ),he misses the point by supporting these outdated merchantile solutions. For the individual Chinese businessman, the undervalued yuan has brought disaster. China's central bank is not subsidizing the Chinese exporter by the devaluation as much as subsidizing the American importer. The American buyer purchases Chinese goods at undervalued prices . Then in China the cost of goods both domestic and imports are inflated . It's the Chinese consumer that suffers . Retaliatory mercantilism by the United States will do the same to the American consumer.

Great idea. Unless you are a globalist and prefer foreigners over Americans. Trade should be negotiated nation by nation. Not the world trade organization. Unless your goal is world government.

Thanks for taking the time to explain your position. Even though it is wrong in my opinion on this one.

Great idea. Unless you are a globalist and prefer foreigners over Americans.

Trump is funny on this issue. He went to Detroit and told the autoworkers that if they wanted to keep their jobs;they had to accept less wages. His position seems to be that it is ok to "rotate" the jobs to lower paying right to work states as long as they stay in the US. Screw the workers they will have to live with less wages ;but the jobs would still be here .

Trump dismissed the lower-wages argument.

He said U.S. automakers could shift production away from Michigan to communities where autoworkers would make less. “You can go to different parts of the United States and then ultimately you’d do full-circle — you’ll come back to Michigan because those guys are going to want their jobs back even if it is less,” Trump said. “We can do the rotation in the United States — it doesn’t have to be in Mexico.”

He said that after Michigan “loses a couple of plants — all of sudden you’ll make good deals in your own area.”

Truth hurt? If you are losing out because you can't competitively sell your product. You have to cut costs. That is business 101. But you globalists don't know that.

That wasn't the question . Were they here illegally ? I'll answer that for you ;no . So why would anyone disparage Rubio's birth status ? But I get it . The tin foil hat crowd that tried to say the emperor wasn't eligible opened up a can of worms that every 1st generation American that has ambitions to become the President will have to deal with from now on.

If you are losing out because you can't competitively sell your product. You have to cut costs. That is business 101.

Then Trump should realize that and stop catering to the union crowd . His solutions are the equivalent of big government subsidies to industries that can't compete anymore without government assistance. And who would that hurt ? The American consumer who would have to pay more for the cars built in the Detroit union shops ;or would have to pay more by the higher cost of the auto related to the 35% tariff that Trump would impose.

I'll tell you something I agree with Trump from his interview. We should not have withdrawn our troops from Iraq . The emperor should've renewed the SOFA with the Iraq government . Our retreat is the single biggest cause for the rise of the Islamic State . But I listen to Trump and I hear someone who would be content with the US isolating itself from the world . What would his big powerful military be useful for ? Where exactly would he project power to defend American interests abroad ? He seems to be very fuzzy on that issue . Would he use it to defend American allies ,or would he ,like the emperor ,stab our allies in the back ? His rhetoric against some of our allies suggests the later .

His rhetoric against some of our allies suggests the later . Specifics please.

“If Japan gets attacked, we have to immediately go to their aid,” Trump said, and “if we get attacked, Japan doesn’t have to help us.”

“That’s a fair deal?” Now keep in mind that we imposed that condition on Japan . He also constantly trash talks them regarding trade.

........................................................

“How long will we go on defending South Korea from North Korea without payment?” . “When will they start to pay us?” "I mean, this is terrible." Now, when they have a war, when the young man -- we want to be very nice today, right? So the young man from North Korea starts acting up and having one of his fits, we immediately get our ships going. We get our aircraft. We get nothing for this. I'm not saying that we’re going to let anything happen to them. But they have to help us."

His facts on that is wrong too. Last year,SK paid the US $861 million of the cost of maintaining the U.S. presence on the Korean Peninsula . ........................................................................ He has said Saudi Arabia should be paying us . Maybe he would use our military for the 'free oil ' he demands from Saudi Arabia . Of course he is a strong defender of Israel so I have to give him kudos on that .

In fact ,his big theme about foreign policy reduces our military to a powerful mercenary .

Deterence.

President Trump is interviewed by gaydubyapegler on 1000th day of his administration. The 1000 days have not been kind to the Muslim world, a billion Muslims have been carried off by the 4 horsemen, mainly by war, many at the hands of their fellow Muslims, but also at the hands of Hindus, Russians, Serbs and others. Poor gaydubyapegler can hardly hide his outrage over this turn of events, and takes President Trump to task:

Speaking disrespectfully, gaydubyapegler asks - "Since your inauguration an average of a million Muslims have died each and every day you've been in office. India alone has slaughtered nearly half a billion Muslims since you've been in office. The European parties inspired by your election have done wholesale ethnic cleansing of Muslims. Looking back on the results of your "Let Allah sort it out Doctrine," what do you have to say about the billion missing Muslims?" The voice of gaydubyapegler was quivering with rage as he asked the question.

President Trump reflected for a few seconds as he clasped his hands behind his head and leaned back in his chair, he smiled and said; "I wouldn't say I've been missing them gaydubya."

I got a kick out of how he considered himself a populist when he was a bootlicker for the RINO establishment. Any actual populist would have been turned off by the site, and the name probably prevented any Rockefeller RINO's from finding the site catering to their views.

He should have called it RINO Voice.

Well for one thing Japan has recently changed the Constitution that we imposed on them so that they can deploy their forces . They are a key strategic ally . http://en.rocketnews24.com/2015/09/20/war-and-one-piece-how-japans-constitution- was-changed/

If you look on a map then you see that 30+ percent of the world's maritime trade goes through the South China Sea ;a Sea that China is trying to change into a Chinese lake . Like it or not ,the US military is the lone super power capable enforcing the free transit of the seas . When we abandon that position ,as we appear to be heading as we continue to retreat behind fortress USA ,we may not like the world left behind. When the yuang replaces the dollar as the reserve currency ;when the Chinese decide which ships can transit through the key trade route in the world ; we will truely be a 3rd world country .

You free trade fundies like your Chinese imports. How are American raw materials supposed to get to the factory in Red China, and how are the manufactured goods supposed to get back to Walmart for you, if they do not go through those waters.

If you want to play armchair strategist, you better start to think about logistics boy. It ain't enough to play John McCain and fantasize about being Winston Churchill. Logistics means being able to back the attack, to be able to cash the checks you guys are always writing with your mouths. It makes no sense to carry a big stick if it's wielded by a flabby arm with atrophied muscle tissue.

We had an arsenal of democracy, it was a crucial asset. In the long run a lathe is a greater weapon than the rifle after all. But you guys gutted our industry as a sacrifice upon the altar of your borderless Baal.
