They weren't totally stupid cause they did bring up Gallardo (a RHer) and his record against the Jays. But they blew off the LHers which I think is a mistake, and ignored the other RHers for the Rangers. Which means they don't think anybody can shut down the Jays when the opposite is true... Now when it came to the Astros/Royals they seemed to understand if you keep the ball in the park against Houston you can beat them fairly easily... Vegetarians eat vegetables. Old habits die hard they are used to the Yankees winning and didn't see the reality of the situation they were a tired, injured team who backed into the playoffs with a bad record down the stretch. They also thought the young team Astros should have known who their elders/betters were and folded like a cheap house of cards. Most of the so called experts on baseball only take into consideration certain stats, not all of them, and that's why most of them are wrong most of the time.
