So between 20-30% of High School graduates being illiterate isn't an example of a Leftard Education??? (With the extremely high rates being in Leftard bastions of power (big cities) like NYC with almost 80%). What is the rate where you live 40-50%? This would lead someone to believe that to get the overall 20-30% illiteracy rate nationwide (you're having to use your math skills to get this) that the illiteracy rate is much lower in rural areas which is usually much more conservative. (You're also having to use powers of reasoning and deduction). You could probably go look up these sorry statistics at someplace like the National Right to read Foundation or maybe the US Department of Education. (Either one should further your education a bit). Now, where are your examples?
