On this subject we are in agreement. I would maybe re-phrase "Pro American" Or - Putting Americans First. - Specifically those who are part of, or want to be part of the middle class.
From my perspective it is a very simple concept. Contraception is far cheaper than pregnancies. and Contraception is a far better option than abortion. Therefore - I support the inclusion of contraception in health plans and for those on medicaid or other assistance.

This would lead someone to believe that to get the overall 20-30% illiteracy rate nationwide (you're having to use your math skills to get this) that the illiteracy rate is much lower in rural areas which is usually much more conservative.
