Obama promised Boehner and the real Republicans, that he's put Rand Paul and Ted Cruz at the top of the kill list, to entice them to vote against the Amash amendment to stop NSA metadata spying against Americans. Amash is on the kill list too, Lady Lindsey Graham insisted.
Why is it taking so long then?
