US White House spokesman Jay Carney refused to state the US position on the location of Israel’s capital during a press briefing, Thursday, despite several requests for clarification from a pair of reporters. The exchange, caught on video and uploaded to YouTube, quickly made the cyberspace rounds as the latest example of world bodies’ refusal to name Jerusalem as the capital of Israel. In the video, a female reporter asks about the administration’s position on the capital of Israel, as several other reporters lightly chuckle. “I haven’t gotten that question in a while,” Carney responds. “Our position has not changed.” Carney tries to move on to another question but is hounded by the reporter and a man sitting next to her to expound on the position and whether the capital is Tel Aviv or Jerusalem. “You know our position,” responds Carney. Though Israel has declared Jerusalem as its capital, the inclusion of East Jerusalem, which much of the world maintains is in disputed territory, has made the issue a diplomatic minefield for some. The BBC came under fire recently from Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for refusing to list Jerusalem as the capital of Israel. The news outlet eventually listed the city as Israel’s “seat of government.” The London-based Guardian newspaper persistently calls Tel Aviv Israel’s capital. A press panel found it was within its rights to do so. Earlier this year, the paper ran a correction after having “wrongly referred to [Jerusalem] as the Israeli capital.” The US State Department insists that the administration’s policy “with regard to Jerusalem is that its status has to be solved through negotiations.” Still, the State Department fact sheet on Israel lists Jerusalem as its capital, as does the CIA Factbook. Americans born in Jerusalem, however, are only given the city, and not country, of birth on their American passports. The US, like every other country, maintains its embassy outside Jerusalem. A congressional order to move the embassy from Tel Aviv to the capital was signed in 1995, though the order has been delayed by every president since for “security reasons.”

The God of Israel is called "The God of Israel" 203 times. HELLO! That means GOD and NOT man has validated "Israel" as a nation. NEVER in the Bible is He called the "God" of any other people. Think about that. 2) Ever wonder how many times "Jerusalem" is mentioned in the Bible? Try 811 times in 764 verses. In contrast, the word "Jerusalem is mentioned ZERO times in your Koran. So stuff you "bastard state" up your Muslim-satanic, pie-hole. 3) God led Abram (Abraham) into Canaan; NOT "Palestine". There was NEVER any such place as "Palestine" until the Roman's began referring to it by that name. But oddly enough, one of the very few things both Jews and Muslim agree: God promised the Promised Land (Israel)to Abraham and to his *legitimate* first born and his heirs. That became Isaac - NOT the bastard son named "Ishmael" born to Hagar (wife Sarah's maid) whom Islam claims is the rightful heir. Thus afterward, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob in live for 300 years in Hebron, in the land of Canaan. So to re-cap: Islam's claim is based on a bastard heir and lie, Islam is a "bastard" satanic cult, Palestine is a "bastard" lie of a "nation", and YOU a Muslim tool, liar, and son of Satan. 4) The God of the Bible has promised to protect Israel, while your "god" - Allah of the Koran has sworn to put an end to her. The real battle is NOT between Arabs and Jews, but between Allah (satan) and Yahweh (God). We know which side you're on. And we know who wins now and forever. 5) How many of these countries would you consider "bastard states"? a) Saudi Arabia: founded in 1931 The British in exercising a so-called mandate to find a homeland for the Jews (duh, wouldn't that be Israel?) gave Saudi Arabia, Trans-Jordan, and Egypt the bulk of the territory and tried reneging on its promise to Israel. Finally out of the original mandate, only 13% went to Israel in 1947, 42% to Arab states, and 2% set aside as an international zone in places like Jerusalem (mentioned 801 times in the Bible, ZERO times in the Koran.) I assume it's about assurance or reassurance that the US won't allow a convergence of Islam to use Israel as a Muslim punching bag...without Israeli retaliation. And/or the extent of alliance or defense pact (as in the past). We can presume 0buma is going to promise to hold out before he bends over and sell us out at as high a price as possible (proceeds to go into one of several off-shore accounts) because that's all he's done for the past 3+ years. But then he'll renege or lie about whatever deals he's made in earnest. The Israelis know this. As to Romney, his history and degree of whoring and hating the US isn't at nearly the same degree as 0buma-the-Muslim Liar, so I'm not so sure this is all so much about who offers more to bend over more for Israel. What I didn't appreciate was the time at least 50 or so Congress-Crittters traveled to Israel en mass...THAT gave the real impression of influence peddling.
Can you imagine the nightmare it would be to be a Israeli security officer right now?
