A new place to put your recipes and cooking stuff.
I have one from Emeril Legasse which isn't too bad, if you haven't tried his then I will send it to you.
Have you ever been to Mc Intoshs in Bellbrook???? They share the building with Ron's pizza, it is really good. Me and the wife won't go anywhere else for pizza. Especially on Friday nights they have Corona on special for $2 a bottle..

1 tablespoon plus 1 1/2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the water, yeast, and sugar and stir to combine. Let sit until the mixture is foamy, about 5 minutes.
Add 1 1/2 cups of the flour and the salt, mixing by hand until it is all incorporated and the mixture is smooth. Continue adding the flour, 1/4 cup at a time, working the dough after each addition, until all the flour is incorporated but the dough is still slightly sticky. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth but still slightly tacky, 3 to 5 minutes.
Oil a large mixing bowl with the remaining 1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil. Place the dough in the bowl and turn to oil all sides. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and set in a warm, draft-free place until nearly doubled in size, 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Use as directed.
Yield: 1 large pizza crust, or 2 medium pizza crusts

It is in the Oregon District, here in Dayton Ohio. Very unique pizza. I eat there when I'm working in the area.
I usually don't get to the Oregon district much other than to drive through it on the way out to a job somewhere.......

If you need some dried peppers or ground powder to make the De Arbol salsa I have plenty if you want to try it.
Did your wife go to Heathers baby shower??? The reason I asked is I catered the shower and made some of the De Arbol salsa for it, she may have tried it.....

The great thing about allrecipes.com is that they have a rating system which the users use to rate the recipes and give comments on how they tweaked (or didn't) the recipe. For instance, the very first pizza dough recipe has been given a 4.5 star rating by more than a thousand people.
They have multiple types of just about any recipe you can think of.
Thanks Dog. Any that you would reccomend from your link?
Pizza dough? Naw. I've never made any of the recipes. As for recipes in general, I really liked this Asian Salmon recipe. Also, this Lentil and Sausage soup is to die for.
It's really a great website. They have thousands of recipes, plus if you join (for free) they give you a "recipe box" where you can keep all of the recipes you've tried and liked.
I'm in medical school at the University of Missouri and my wife is a nurse and her and the kids live about 3.5 hours away. Due to her schedule and the fact that I only come home on the weekends (if I'm lucky), she uses that site a lot to find slow cook, soup/stew, and quick meal recipes. It's been a godsend to her.
